From the planning process with Hanna, to the tours & local guides, 365 travel made our experience easy and very enjoyable. Our transfers, tours, hotels, and guides were all taken care of with no hiccups.
We enjoyed the flexibility of the tours as well as the professional, knowledgeable, and engaging tour guides throughout this trip. We took a total 10 days visiting Hanoi - Sapa - Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh City. Every city we enjoyed and were stress free thanks to the detailed planning of 365.
Our favorite was going up to Sapa and meeting the ethnic minority groups such as the Red Dao and Black Hmong, just to name a few. The trek was extremely scenic and the guides provided background on the culture, history, food, and local of the region. We are very happy with their services and I highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Vietnam. They are true experts with what they do.

365 Travel had arranged an excellent and well organised tailor made tour to me and my wife to north, middle and south Vietnam.
Special thanks to Mrs.Daisy Trang of 365 Travel who made it possible. She understands very well the needs of people and accordingly organises the trip.
The guides, hotels and travel within Vietnam by air and dedicated car were perfectly arranged to my taste.
The people of Vietnam are kind, generous and warm hearted.
It was indeed a great memorable trip and experience to visit Vietnam specially Hanoi, Halong bay, Da Nang, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City also called as Saigon.

We had a wonderful time on our holiday in Vietnam. Starting from Hanoi - Halong Bay - Da Nang - Hoi An - Hue - Saigon - Mekong River. Our travel agent Daisy Trang from 365 Travel did a wonderful itinerary for us and was very helpful and always checking on us during the tour. In Hanoi we had the opportunity to meet up with Daisy Trang. She was very nice to accompany us to the walking streets of Hoan Kiem Lake.
The tour guide In Hanoi Mr Sang was very polite, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time on Starlight Cruise in Halong Bay. Mr Lung the chief crew was excellent in organising activities on board. We then flew in to Da Nang from Hanoi and headed straight for Hoi An where we stayed in a wonderful beach resort. Next day we set out for Hue. Had a great time in the Ancient City. The Indochine Palace was amazing. Our guide Mr Niagh spoke excellent English and was very courteous and helpful. From Hue we flew into Saigon. We thoroughly enjoyed the City tour, Chu Ci Tunnel and the Mekong River cruise. Our guide in Saigon was Ms Cindy Trang, who was professional and entertaining. All in all we had a wonderful time in Vietnam and would highly recommend anyone who has an interest to visit Vietnam to use 365 Travel. Their itineraries are well planned and exciting and the prices quoted are reasonable.

We are 2 women of certain age and are seasoned travelers but do not understand Vietnamese language so, we thought it would be good idea to engage local travel agent. And glad we did!! We started Hanoi, and visited Haron Bay, Hue, Danang, Hoi An and finally Ho Chi Min in total of 2 weeks. Daisy of 365 Travel helped us to shape our itinerary and booked all our hotels, local tours, and arranged all the logistics. She understood and responded to our requests and questions very quickly. All the hotels were safe, clean, good service, convenient location, with good daily breakfast. And within our budget that we indicated to her. Our guides in each locations are all nice, knowledgeable, eager to show us around. They came to pick us up at the hotel with fairly new, clean car with water bottles everyday. They were right on time. Traffic in Vietnam is as such, we were glad we had a comfortable car with reliable driver everywhere we go!
All in all, 365 Travel provided us excellent service to us and the worth money spent. We highly recommend!

365 Travel was recommended to me by friends who have previously written an excellent review. When they returned from Vietnam, I was ready to go! Thanks to the professional assistance from Daisy and Cindy at 365, I was able to put together a 16 day trip of Vietnam, from North to South, in about 5 days. Cindy and Daisy asked my preferences, and I left it to them, as my knowledge then about Vietnam was severely limited. They asked my preferences, and I told them that some cycling, trekking, sightseeing and special experiences were what I was after. They did not disappoint! From the moment we-a dear friend accompanied me-were met at the airport, every detail was taken care of. We experienced three guides, Mr. Phung In Hanoi, Thuy in Hue and surroundings, and Thung in Saigon. Also, each vehicle had a driver, who led us all around Vietnam safely. They are to be commended. The hotels were wonderful, and the pricing for this trip was beyond affordable. I am looking forward to booking with 365 next year to include Cambodia and Thailand. Thank you, Daisy and Cindy, and everyone at 365, for an unforgettable trip to an amazing country. The people are kind, and cannot do enough for you. Service is priority, whether in the city or country, and I would return in a heartbeat, working with 365!

First of all have to say thank you to 365 Travel for the well arrangement for our family trip in Hanoi and Halong Bay. Our family group members include the yougest by aged of 3 and the elderly by aged of 70, thus we really need everything to be well arranged in order for all of us to have a nice, happy and memorable holidays. Yes, 365 Travel have done this to us, from our arrival in Hanoi, tour itienraries, hotel accommodation, transfers are all taken well care; we really have an enjoyable holidays in Hanoi and Halong Bay. Thank you for Mike for the arrangements, the tour guide - Mr Sang and as well as the driver have rendered the good service to us. Thanks!

We will like to highly recommend 365 Travel to everyone who are planning to visit Vietnam. We had a wonderful time in Hanoi and Sapa. Jane, our coordinator, was responsible, polite, and patient. She ensured that everything, from food to transport, was great. Our Sapa guide, Mr U, was awesome. He was cheerful and made our trip enjoyable. He arranged great meals for us too. I am planning to join this agency again for my future trips to Vietnam. Everything was just a breeze from accommodation, to transportation, and to food 👍

We had a wonderful time on our holiday in Vietnam. Starting from Ho Chi Minh City and then to Mekong Delta back to Ho Chi Minh City- Hoi An - Danang -Hanoi - Halong Bay -. Our travel expert, Ms Jane Nguyen from 365 Travel did a wonderful itinerary for us and was very helpful and always checking on us during the tour. At end of our tour in Hanoi we had the opportunity to meet up her . She was very nice to give her valuable time to us for a dinner outing with our family.
Our experience in travelling from south Vietnam to central and then to north was exceptional. The English speaking tour gude, the drivers of the cars and the people we met all across this beautiful country were all very friendly and loving.
This trip could never be so good unless and until Ms Jane hadn't looked into every details of our requirment. She was always more then helpful from the planing stage of the trip. When ever I wanted some information about a hotel, cruise, places of interest or even a specific kind of restaurant- she was always ready with complete info.
This was a top of the line travel experience. From the moment we arrived at the airports, everything was taken care off by 365 Travel. All hotels were very nice and high end. The cruise at Halong Bay was also very good.The breakfasts in each hotel were something of a surprise. Huge spreads of optional foods that meet every person's needs. Guides met us in the lobby each morning and took us to locations as desired at times even went beyond the specified time frame mentioned in the itinerary just to make us happy.
Than you Ms Jane for making this trip into such a exceptionally memorable one.

This was a top of the line travel experience. I can write many pages but will only hit the highlights. From the moment we arrived at the airport(s), EVERYTHING was taken care of. We arrived after midnight to Saigon and our tour guide and driver were their to greet us. Our bags were loaded on a nice size van (High roof,clean and great AC) and we headed to our hotel. ALL hotels were very nice and high end. The breakfasts in each hotel were something of a surprise. Huge spreads of optional foods that meet every person's needs. AWESOME. Guide(s) met us in the lobby each morning and took us to locations we read and researched about plus more. Our days were busy, educational and fun. We had the right amount of time in the evenings to enjoy visiting locations on our own. The hotel staff at all locations were extremely helpful and pleasant. We felt like celebrities. The people of Vietnam and Cambodia really like Americans. Daisy, Trang Nguyen exceeded our expectations in our vacation. We couldn't imagine a vacation like this and we travel the world a lot. Our Tour Guides were fantastic at each location. Be certain to ask Daisy for Ha (if traveling to Hanoi). Ha's English is great and he has a sense of humor that keeps your attention when appropriate. His knowledge of Vietnam is extensive. Ha took me on a private motorcycle tour in Hanoi after our Family tour ending for the evening. We visited his favorite cafe to have an egg coffee (Which one must try) and sat like a local on the sidewalk chatting about life in Vietnam vs U.S. I felt like a new friend with Ha introducing me to his friends and experiencing his culture. We are so impressed how kind the Vietnamese people are especially in such large cities. Each tourist location visited was spot on. From the floating markets to the Temples in Cambodia. We want to return soon. You can not go wrong with 365Travel. In fact, I don't know how any company can top 365Travel.

365 Travel provided our family with the most amazing trip in north & south Vietnam.
The guides, hotels, attention to detail were just incredible. We just returned Oct. 22 and will be talking about this trip for a long time to come.
Cindy and Ann the front office people were totally responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They put us in great hotels that were well located, met all of our transportation needs, furnished great guides and drivers that knew their areas very well.
We started to play a game amongst the four of us, it was to try to ask a question the guides could not answer. In seventeen days of traveling we were only successful three times.
We had three different guides depending on what part of the country we were in, Mr. Sang in North Vietnam, Mr. Le in Danang, and Mr. Vu in Saigon. They were all outstanding, humorous, and knowledgable.
I served in Vietnam in 1968 and as such 365 Travel was very sensitive to my requests. The country has grown up since I was last there but the people are still the kind, generous, and warm hearted people that I remember.
I hope this post will help you in your decision making.
