We went for the NQ massage on the previous day and thoroughly enjoyed it so booked in again later for a 190min package however not as relaxing. Seemed very rushed. The lady massaging me was sick with a cold to which then made me sick and has now effected our travels as we are unwell. Our package did not go for the full length that we paid for they finished 25mins early. They did provide us with a surprise lunch afterwards which we enjoyed. Otherwise the decor and rooms were clean and modern with a nice foot soak before and yummy tea afterwards.

An absolute hidden gem!
After a recommendation from a friend I visited the NQ Spa and was blown away by the beautiful surroundings, the professional service, excellent value and the blissful experience of the spa.
Greeted with a cup of tea and a foot soak, I was lead to a beautifully appointed room for a massage and facial with my therapist. I left feeling relaxed and my skin glowing!
Highly recommend the NQ Spa to everyone.

That came after my relaxing foot spa package! I was expecting hot tea, but this was more refreshing since it was a warm, humid night.
This spa was recommended by Santa Barbara, the hotel we were staying in in Hanoi, and vouched for by some pinoys we chanced upon there already enjoying a massage.
After thousands of steps walking up and down caves in Halong Bay, and shopping, of course, my feet were yearning for a much deserved R&R.
The manager and staff were very friendly. The service of the therapist was very professional with just the right kind of caring from such a young person (a welcome surprise) - I really felt taken cared of.
The spa has a relaxing reception area at the Ground Floor. Treatments and massage are in the second floor - with several beds in the same room. But I was lucky that I was the only one there at that time and so was able to take a snooze.
I had a lovely time here - well worth the USD24 cost. Don't forget to tip generously!

Very clean with a lovely English speaking manager who does all she can to meet your needs. Walked in twice with no booking and both times were welcomed immediately. Facilities are beautiful and clean and very relaxing. 680,000 VND for a 60 minute facial and a 60 minute massage!!! Amazing!! Will definitely go back next time I visit.

I loved our visit to NQ Spa. This little gem was tucked back off an obscure alley on Hang Than, very near our Hanoi hotel. The sitting area is cozy and comfy and the staff were excellent. We had no trouble booking our spa treatments for later on that same day.
The spa treatments started with a cup of tea and a warm water citrus foot soak. Then it was up the narrow stairs to a clean and well kept massage room. My therapist was totally professional and quite good at her job. I had a wonderful massage and when I left 90 minutes later I was walking on air. The prices at NQ Spa are excellent as well, with standard massages and facials for about $20 USD each. You get a great experience and a great value at NQ Spa and that's why I highly recommend it.

Myself and son, daughter and son in law in for massage. All 4 in one room. Very uncomfortable taking clothes off in front of others. Talked to each other the whole time. And DO NOT get a mani and pedi. It's done while you are laying on your back just after massage. Clippers from the 70s that were used for everyone and ripped your nails off. No soaking, no foot scrub, one rough trail file. My nailed are all different lengths now. Terrible experience. Couldn't get off table fast enough from mani/ pedi.

We were impressed with the lovely entrance and greeting by the delightful hostess.
Unfortunately, what followed was an insipid 75 minute NQ body massage (400 VND) that just didn't hit the mark at any point for neither my wife or I. No acupressure, just a light disappointing repetitive rub by inexperienced young girls going through the motions. We recommend a new soundtrack as the instrumental version of 'Have you ever seen the rain' wore a bit thin after ten plus replays.
The farewell passionfruit drink was actually the highlight of the venture.

My massage was very good, but my husband said his was too light - relaxing enough though. My 12 year old also had his first massage and he enjoyed it but said lady was on her phone! ( I can't verify that!)
Pleasant service . Note that I had massage in same room as a friend, so be aware that most massages are not private!

Located about a block away from the 3B Homestay Hotel, it was a perfect ending to a week long of walking and humid weather. You will be greeted by a very good english speaking manager who will quickly answer and recommend the best massage for your money. The staff is friendly but if you are shy about disrobing in front of them, please let them know before you go upstairs. I enjoyed the hour long Swedish massage which was just perfect. Wife enjoyed her full-body massage which lasted a bit longer. Afterwards we were offered a juice drink and our personal items were returned from a locked cabinet which we were given the key to. I will definitely return when I am in Hanoi again.

The spa itself was nice. Friendly staff. However after that wasn't too great. My boyfriend and I were in the same room for the massages and the ladies stood and watched us undress... Right down to me taking my bra off in front of them and clambering onto the table! It was a bit bizarre. If you are a particularly shy person don't go here as they don't seem to care about modesty!
My massage itself was ok... My boyfriends was not good at all. She didn't use enough oil on his legs so was basically burning them through the whole leg massage and he had rashes for a couple of days afterwards from the friction!
Afterwards we got a free passion fruit juice which was nice and the price was competitive but I definitely wouldn't go back here.
