Sunshine Travel Agency was there for me and my daughter for our Vietnam discovery trip from the planning stage to the actual trip. The agency had prepared everything; accommodations, meals, domestic flights, drivers, guides and activities in the language of our choice and provided us with a detailed itinerary and overview of cost.
Upon arrival, we have been in constant daily communications with the agency representative who ensured we were on schedule and that all our expectations were met. The agency was even flexible to accommodate on the spot changes we requested to take into account our level of energy and special wishes at no extra cost.
We felt in good hands and secure throughout the trip. We started our visit from Ho Chi Minh City, going to Nha Trang, Hoi An, Hanoi, SaPa, Ninh Binh and including a boat cruise in Ha Long Bay.
Everything went as expected. I recommend Sunshine Travel Agency for your trip to Vietnam. You can even contemplate adding Laos and Cambodia to your itinerary with the same agency. Sunshine Travel Agency can rely a wide network of contacts in hotels, restaurants and tourist sectors to ensure you will get what you expected
Communication with the agency was easy with Whatsapp and emails, so don't worry about the time zone.
Special thanks to Mr. Manh Hung for is special care and making our trip an everlasting memory. I will never forget.

Finding the right agent to arrange a trip is important.
Recommended from a friend, I decided to try Sunshine Travel.
Writing an email enquiry to the agent have to be patient.
You may need to rewrite few email and wait for their reply cause it may go into their spam bin.
However, the wait is worthwhile.
Once, they reply ( my contact person; Mr Manh Hung ), it’s better to communicate in WhatsApp for faster respond.
The agent responded promptly and with great service.
My trip covered Saigon and Muine.
In Saigon, if u stay around Bui Vien, u will experience the exotic night life of Saigon with pubs along the walking street and hot girls and muscular men dancing.
Of course, the infrastructure of Ho Chi Minh city is interesting with history.
Traveling to Muine took 4 hours from HCMC but you won’t regret it.
The agent arranged a sleeping bus which you can actually relax or even fall asleep during the journey and wake up fresh for Muine experience.
Overall, I am thankful to have choose Sunshine Travel, Mr Manh Hung to make the arrangement.
He is always there to help and solve any problem or issues u face.
I have requested for a change for my hotel due to personnel reason and without fail and any charges, Mr Manh Hung fulfill my request.
Thanks to Mr Manh Hung and Sunshine Travel, I had a memorable trip.

Mr Hung was very helpful in organising a Halong Bay cruise for our family of 5. Very accommodating to our requests and arranged a very competitive quote. Also helped us with other incidental travel requirements during our Vietnam holiday. We thoroughly recommended Sunshine Travel to others!

Hey, we had an amazing time in Sa Pa! It was absolutely gorgeous, and everything was arranged perfectly. We went on a great hike and got to visit different villages. We even booked a cruise, which was really nice. The agency staff were super friendly and helpful, and they did everything they could to make sure we had a great time.

Mr Hung made all the arrangements for us on our trip from Hanoi to Saigon.
These included train and bus travel, taxis and private cars where necessary and
accommodation at our various stops.
Everything worked out perfectly, at no stage were we at a loss as to our next move and
the accommodation was first class.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Hung and Sunshine Travel.

All you could ever need from a fantastic tour operator and at an amazing price. Personal service that beats anything we have experienced in all parts of the world.

I had the chance of being introduced to Mr. Hung from Vietnam Sunshine Travel. He organized all my travels from hotels, tours, transportation by bus and by plane, airport and hotel pickups and more. Once I had troubles with a bus driver, I called Mr. Hung who took care of the problem and on my way I went! He speaks very good English and was always available when I needed him.
He made my month + travel to Vietnam and Cambodia a real joy. He was extremely helpful! I wholeheartedly recommend him.
He also manages La Suite http://www.hanoilasuitehotel.com/ which, if is run like his travel agency, is probably a gem.

I just returned from a two week stay in Vietnam for a great holiday by the help of Vietnam Sunshine Travel, and it is exceptional! In fact, the program (Cuc Phuong Eco National Park Day Tour) has been validated before departure after several changes in the project, their staff are helpful and efficient. Very professional with exact schedule adherence to the millimeter, guides, destinations, choice of hotels is remarkable and very strict on defined budget. Excellent trip!

We tried to book a Halong Bay cruise online the day before we wanted to go and everything was fully booked. We decided to go to Sunshine travel as they responded to our online enquiry so quickly. The staff were very friendly and gave us a cold refreshment while we waited for them to organise the booking for us. So easy and they even got us a better price than the ones we saw online!

I am working for my Korean Company in Hanoi. When my parents and sister came to visit me in April 2015, I booked airport pick up service and tour to Halong bay 2 days/1 night on cruise with Vietnam Sunshine travel. The cruise is brand new and very nice. We stayed in 2 deluxe cabins on Cristina Diamond Cruise. Staff on the cruise were very friendly and helpfull, good food...My family members were very happy with the trip to Vietnam.
