We thoroughly enjoyed Halong Bay trip With Top Travel Vietnam. We travelled on the Signature Cruise with 10 others on a 2 night cruise. The food on the boat was really good, only you had to really get into the preparing of your own shellfish for eating! The crab and every prawn had to be manually cracked and deshelled for eating.
The cabins are very clean, although quite Big. Didn't spend much time indoors though as there's a lovely deck on top and even at night-time it was warm. There are lovely cocktails on board (at almost european prices though) and the staff is always ready to bring you up a drink anytime you want. The kayaking was good fun, but not quite as wild as we though and didn't explore any caves as we'd hoped. The beaches are pretty and isolated enough.
It's also the only company that does that particular trip, so while there are other boats around you, it's never packed and the waters are quite clean.
The water is not "crystal clear" as you'll read in a lot of advert material, but it is clean and beautifully emeraldy, there's just lots of sediment in it. The water was warm and lovely to swim in.
We would highly recommend the cruise with them.,,,,

I had a Halong trip 2 days booked through Top Travel Vietnam. They arranged 5-star cruise name Huong Hai Sealife cruise and we were happy to staying on boat and discovered famous destinations in both Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay, The guide is very helpful and kind. The food is very fresh and delicious. We'd loved this trip very much. Thank to Top travel Vietnam.
