Thank you to both Anna and Billy for a wonderful 10 days in Vietnam. Miss Anna worked hard with me to arrange our private tour trip exactly as I wanted. She was sweet, helpful, caring, and diligent, and a pleasure to work with. When she left the company we were smoothly transferred to Mr. Billy who did a wonderful job with last minute changes as a result of the start of the Corona virus. Our trip was everything I dreamed of and Mr. Billy made sure that every day was worry free, checking in with us in the evening with updates.
The price was reasonable, a bit more than I would have paid on my own, but worth it as I didn't have to worry about anything after arriving in Vietnam. We were picked up at the airport by a driver with our names and at every spot there was someone waiting to meet us. All the cars were very comfortable and drivers were courteous and friendly. I recommend using Vietnam Great Tours for your first time in Vietnam as they work hard to make your trip fun and worry free.

We had good experience with Vietnam Great Tours. Ms. Phuong helped us to arrange a customize tour including halong bay cruise, Hanoi & Ho chi Minh city & Mekong delta tour. The hotels arranged were comfortable & clean. The meals included in the package were delicious. We would definitely visit other parts of Vietnam & arrange our next tour via Ms.Phuong.

We did a 15 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia with this company. Every transfer, flight and tour was professional, on time and fun. The guides were all very informative and our three star accommodation was in good locations so we could wonder around with ease in each city in our free time, and all the staff and locals are very friendly and helpful. Our agent Billy Tran greeted us at the first hotel with a welcoming gift which was a nice touch. He also had arranged extra nights stays and a slight change to our itinerary very efficiently. I would highly recommend Asia Great Tours. Thanks Billy.

We planned and organized our Vietnam vacation through Asia Great Tours. We contacted Billy (through a friend reference) and through his knowledge and experience we had one of our best vacations covering Saigon, Da Nang and Hanoi over a period of 10 days He is absolutely amazing.
Being our first trip, he arranged everything. Right from, internal flights, airport pick-up and drop off, to arranging tours to all the attractions, private car, with an English speaking guide, to restaurants, entrance fees including an memorable Halong Bay Cruise. Everything!!!. Importantly he was very responsive and courteous and took a personal interest in ensuring we had an excellent time. No hesitation in providing a 5 Star rating.

I cannot recommend Asia Great Tours and Mr Billy Tran enough. Mr Billy arranged an amazing 3 week adventure through Vietnam for us. Nothing was a bother and in the planning stages he was flexible, listened to what we wanted to experience and delivered. Our trip went to plan with no issues, drivers and guides were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Our tours were well organised. All the accomodation was great and all vehicles were in great condition and clean. It was a great adventure all for a competitive price. Highly recommend and would certainly use again. The best in the business.

What a truly beautiful country and experience! Thank you to the team at Asia Great Tours for arranging our trip. The planning and and logistics arranged by Asia Great Tours was flawless.......... everything was on time as planned and tour guides were very knowledgeable and professional. Touring Vietnam starting from the north and ending in the south was a spectacular experience. Looking forward to working with Asia Great Tours to planning our next visit to Vietnam.

3 weeks photographic tour of Myanmar, Cambodia and Thailand. Great job of Mrs. Phuong planning the tour to cover all the places we wanted to visit and finding out extra photo spots for us. Everything was perfect and guides and drivers were very good and flexible. Excellent!!!

I could not be happier with the service provided. From helping organise the holiday before we went and answering any questions we had whilst in the 9 day tour . The service was amazing and very prompt. I would definitely use Billy and his team again.

It's our pleasure to choose Vietnam Great Tours for our 1 week vacation in Vietnam. We have been to Halong bay, Sapa & city tour. The tour guides have been offering a great help on our enquiries and they were always listen and answer patiently.
