Sapa Budget Tours were very responsive to our inquiries and requests from booking to the completion of the tour. We took our 3 children to Sa Pa, aged 4, 6 and 12 years. We are a family that really love adventure and exploring. We love to see the world's natural beauty. Unfortunately a typhoon hit Sa Pa during our stay so there was some dangerous weather and roads around. However, we still had an amazing time. We trekked through a lot of water and a lot of mud, but still got to see everything we went to see. Could hire gumboots at hotel for cheap. Thankfully our tour wasn't cancelled. Hotel was comfortable, food was adequate and expected for price of tour. I think our trek was a little difficult for the "easy trek". It was a really tough walk for all of us, given the weather. I didn't expect 10+km up and down muddy hills, but we made it and made lots of great memories. Tour guide was nice, had good English, just needed to ask lots of questions to ensure we got all the info we needed. Would take the tour again or recommend to other families if your kids are fairly resilient. Tough with 2 out of 3 nights sleeping on the train, so needed some catch up sleep and a massage when we returned to Hanoi!

Our family of 5 (3 children 11, 9 & 7) visited North Vietnam in March and had the most phenomenal time! We booked our tour of Sapa through Tracy at "Sapa Budget Tours". Tracy's communication was excellent throughout the whole process, she made the whole booking process seamless and I felt comfortable that she understood what we needed for a family travelling with kids. The only regret we that we didn't stay in Sapa longer! What a beautiful place! She also organised our street food tour when we arrived back in Hanoi. Our guide Hannah was warm, knowledgable and brilliant with our kids. We thought our Vietnamese food knowledge was good but she showed us such an amazing variety of foods. There was so much to try!! A must see whilst in Hanoi! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Sapa budget tours to travelling families!

We spent 10 days in the north of Vietnam and it was a fantastic experience! Our family members where aged 7, 19, 32, 41 & 68. During those 10 days we booked two tours with Sapa Budget Tours, one to Sapa and one to Halong Bay. The staff at Sapa Budget Tours where very good with their pre- sales knowledge and recommendations and very fast in communicating with us. Both tours exceeded our expectation and many thanks goes to the team at Sapa Budget Tours. I fully recommend both tours and Sapa Budget Tours.
