Excellent tour with great friendly service

We were visiting Vietnam for the first time with our children (ages 14 and 10) and although typically I do not opt for tours, a friend recommended Linda and Classy Travel and boy was I happy to book through them!
We did 3 days in Hanoi (including a street food tour, Hanoi city tour, and one day at Ninh Binh) and a 3 day 2 night cruise in Halong Bay.
Everyone we met in Hanoi was super accommodating and friendly, but because most people do not speak English and the streets are tricky with the signs only in Vietnamese, I think Hanoi may be a bit tricky to maneuver on your own as a "Western" tourist especially with kids - I therefore think opting for a tour is a good option.
We contacted Linda at Classy Travel in December for a trip over Xmas break; she was very quick in responding and she asked what our preferences were.Based on those preferences, Linda put together a suggested itinerary and gave me different hotel options. I made many changes to our dates and places we wanted to visit before booking, and each time she revised the itinerary with a great friendly attitude.
Every detail of our trip was taken care of (transportation, lunches, tickets to attractions, etc.) and was very organized.
The pluses of the Hanoi visit:
1) private tour and you go at your own pace;
2) clean and comfortable boutique hotel choices in the old quarter;
3) new and comfortable cars;
4) friendly and knowledgeable tour guides.

The highlight of our trip for me was the cruise to Halong Bay, which Linda had booked for us on Era Cruise. This was truly a five star experience, with spacious and clean king suites and great service.

Linda and her colleague were nice enough to come see us in person after the cruise to make sure that the trip was ok. I have never received better service from a travel agency anywhere in the world!

Overall, the trip far exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend visiting Vietnam and booking with Linda, Classy Travel.

Jenny Cao and Classy Travel Delivered excellent service!

We do not normally use travel companies when we travel but we were told tours in Vietnam are very well organized and worth the investment. We were not disappointed! From my first email and response from Jenny Cao, I knew this was a good choice. The communication was quick, detailed, via text and email, always polite and easy. Jenny added lots of special touches with meeting our family, last minute changes, being there when I had problem and needed someone who spoke Vietnamese on a Saturday night and bringing a birthday cake! Our itinerary was complicated with people arriving on different dates, travel by train, plane, cars and boats and moving to different places about every 3 days over 10 days in Vietnam. I very much liked having Jenny available for questions or changes in the country while we travelled. She checked in with us daily to make sure that all was going as planned and that hotels were acceptable as well as transportation was running on time and comfortable. She also booked us for a very fun Christmas Eve dinner beside a pool in Hoi Ann which so different from our wintery Canadian tradition. It will be remembered for a long time. We loved Vietnam and would go back again and one of the highlights was working with Jenny Cao. Thank you Jenny.

Check Jenny for complete travel arrangements, at the onset she met us at the train station and even bought dinner for the 4 of us.We were able to call her on off hours when we needed information. The 6 day Vietnam packaged tour is highly recommended for content and Value...

Fantastic day tour of Halong Bay

I booked this tour at short notice and was fortunate to get a place.
I was picked up from my hotel promptly at 8 am and after picking up the other guests we headed on the express way to Halong city .
We stopped off at Halong pearl company and saw a demonstration of seeding a oyster shell .
We then headed to our boat and we’re served a beautiful lunch of traditional Vietnamese food with vegetarian options also.
We visited some beautiful bays, kayaked and also visited a wonderful cave experience.
Our guide Roy was fantastic and had plenty of knowledge to share with us .
I would highly recommend this day tour .

A perfect journey to Northern Vietnam

My husband and I spent 13 days travelling from Hanoi to Pu Luang, Ninh Binh, Halong Bay, Sapa and back, organized by Jenny. From the beginning (first inquiry via email) to our last evening in Hanoi, we felt very well looked after. Whenever we had any question on the itinerary or needed some extra hints or recommendations, Jenny was there to support us.
This makes farewell to Vietnam actually more difficult, but since the country offers so much more to see, we will hopefully return some day soon.
For any tours or activities, we can definitely recommend Classy Travel.
Thank you for an enjoyable holiday!!!

Wow..Top Rated Trip with the best Travel Agent!

I rate Ms Jenny Cao of Classy Travel 10 out of 5! What an amazing trip from Sapa trekking to Halong Bay paddling, hiking to unbelievable caves. Jenny"s service was out of this world..she stayed in touch daily went out of her way to bring us sandwiches when we were late getting in and came to our hotel to say goodbye. I have not experienced such great service hospitality or professionalism ever. Thanks Jenny..I will be travelling with you again!

Best for seeing the Halong Bay and Sapa

The trip to the Halong Bay with Classy Travel was definitly a MUST do. In the beginning my boyfriend and me were a little bit suspicious about going to the Halong Bay, because we read a lot about, that it is super crowded and that some of the boots are rubish. BUT: we chose to do it with Classy Travel and that was the best decision! Especially because of Jenny Cao who was just the best help. She helped us very passionately to decide on which trip to do and when it got troubles because of Corona, she even menioted to book us another tour. We even got an upgrate for free. So the boot, the food, the room and the tours (kayaking and going to a cage and a watch point) where great. The trip and the stay for one night on the boat where a highlight of our holiday in vietnam and we even were a little bit sad, that we didnt decide to stay two nights. But afterwards we went to Sapa with Classy Travels and this trip was amazing as well! We were far of the beaten tracks and slept in an amazing homestay. The family took so good care for us and really made us feel at home in their home. We went on a beautiful hike, didnt see any other tourists, we helped on the ricefields, we cooked and ate together, so this was actually awesome. Jenny always asked and took care, that everything was alright. It was like havin a local friend who helps you with everything you need. So choosing Classy Travel for your trip is definitly highly recommended.

Unforgettable experience!

A friend recommended us Classy Travel as she also did some tours with them some years ago. We booked two different tours and it was the best decision! First tour was to Ha Long Bay (Genesis Regal Cruise 2D1N) it was incredible, the activities were really nice and the room was amazing! Second tour to Sapa (3D3N) one of the nights in a homestay and one in a hotel, the trekking with the local guide was really nice, she was very kind all the time and explained us a lot of interesting facts about the different cultures of the zone. Both the homestay and the hotel (Eden Boutique Hotel & Spa) were better than expected!
A special thank you to Jenny for being so nice all the time and always ready to help! Classy Travel definitely made our trip to Vietnam unforgettable!

Combined tour Sapa - Halong Bay 6D5N.

Jenny Cao from classy responsed fast to my enquiry. Took the deluxe package, got a free upgrade cruise to luxury Genesis. She took the initiative to follow up closely during my whole trip.(etc- my travel friend unable to make it to one of the activity, she will make sure my friend needs are well taken care of. She took the extra miles to take us to train station etc.)If I to return to Vietnam, I definitely look for her again. The arrangement of hotels are satisfactory, location, aptitude of staffs. Recommend anyone to use their service.

The trip was amazing with this company. The coordinator greeted us with flowers, asked how our trip was, cared about any special diets, asked if we were content with everything. The quality of the service was beyond our expectations. At the end our coordinator gifted us with small presents, which was unexpected. Choosing this company was deffinetly the best choice. Highly recommend! 😁
