Asiatica tour had some ups and downs. Some of the tour guides were very good. Some were just adequate. The drivers were all fine. Check out the hotels they book for you. Again some were very good and a few were just adequate. The places chosen were mostly OK. One major problem-were told that airline prices would be whatever was charged by the airline. Once we checked, we were overcharged quite a bit, several hundred dollars of markup. Dishonesty in terms of what we were told. Would compare tour operators before booking and definitely check the price of airlines and quality of hotels.…

We returned a few days ago from a 17-day trip, in Vietnam only. After we had a rough idea, about the route, we contacted a number of local tour agencies. Asiatica has given us the most attractive offer. Annie, the agency's representative, was in continuous contact with us, even during the holiday vacation, in Vietnam. Quite easily, we felt we had someone to trust. Annie changed the route at our request and answered all our questions and requirements. Actually, what we got was much more than our expectations. The hotels were luxurious and when we had a complaint about one of the hotels, Annie made sure to upgrade the hotel at no extra cost. She also upgraded the level of Cruise planned for the end of the trip, on her own. The guides and drivers were excellent, professional and considerate. Everything ticked off as the original design. Since we were only two couples, we could make changes while traveling and adjust the pace to our wishes. All of us, who strongly recommend Asiatica, are positively considering another trip with the agency. Next time probably with our families, too.…

We really enjoyed the tour. It was made and performed just according to our wishes. Some activities (walking and cycling), interesting introduction and approach to the culture, beautiful places (landscape and historical places). Nothing to worry about. Well spotted accommodations. Our favourite was Pu Luong retreat. Before the trip I said: on the paper, it looks great. I couldn't imagine that in really it would be even better. We warmly recommend Asiatica Travel. Many thanks again to Quynh and Nga!…

I would like to give our positive comment to Asiatica travel agency for the very professional way they help and feed back to us. They are really well prepared and able to manage our requests. Unfortunatly after having planned in all details our trip to Cambodia and Vietnam, due to coronavirus, we decided to cancel it. Anyway Asiatica did their best to give us back at least a part of the money we already paid, it was not in charge to them and we really appreciated . We suggest this travel agency and we will ask for them next time we will have to plan a trip to Far East. Thanks! Rita and Claudio Ripamonti…
