Omamori Spa is a chain of massage center established and run by BlindLink, established in 2013, a leading and pioneering social impact organization providing training opportunities in the area of wellness to the Vietnamese blind community at large. BlindLink's aim is to create a better standard of living and greater self-esteem to this deserving group of citizens. The business concept of Omamori Spa is unique because of the professional staff employed, the affordable prices for a high quality massage service offered, the no-tip-policy, the relaxing atmosphere in the spa facilities and most importantly because of the social support provided to the blind and visually impaired Vietnamese people. This place is incredible. With very little direction my masseur was easily able to find the spots that needed attention and with a variety of techniques and unbelievable strength has left me feeling fantastic. My treatment was 75 minutes and it’s honestly the first time I’ve had a massage that length and felt that every minute was worthwhile.
All this, at a fraction of the cost of most hotel spas, makes Onamori an absolute must-visit for anyone staying in Hanoi’s old quarter.
To top it all off, the parlour itself is beautiful and the reception staff were lovely and able to answer all my questions about the different menu options before starting.

They asked me up front if I preferred a male or female masseur. I was fine with both and was introduced to Mr. Dong. A highly skilled and sensitive masseur, took a lot of time and payed great attention to the details. I wouldn’t miss this experience when visiting Hanoi!

We visited the Omamori Spa today in order to get a full body massage. We were really excited about it as there are blind people from whom you‘ll get the massage. It was the best massage I had in my entire life and the whole stay was just fantastic. We also received some tea as a welcome and over the whole duration of the massage I was absolutely calmed. The receptionist also asked us if we would prefer a female or male masseur which was also a good thing.
We can highly recommend the whole stay and if you‘re thinking about taking 60 or 75 minutes just take the massage for 75 minutes as we did only pick the 60 minutes and it went so quickly. :)

I had an amazing massage at the 100 Hàng Trống location. A 2 hour massage for appx $26 USD is what everyone needs after a long flight. The no tipping policy alleviated anxiety prior to the arriving at the appointment and not having gone to the ATM yet. 100% recommend. This location is up many steep stairs, so if you have mobility issues I recommend going to one of their other locations.

I suffered from TMJ pain for over two years. Been to a TMJ Specialist, MRI, different massage therapist etc. etc in Canada. Nothing helped. One two hour Zen treatment with Tien Tuan and it feels like he put WD40 in my jaw!
He tried different techniques and positions to get to the knots under my shoulder blades, jaw and arm that no other massage therapist could get to in Canada. Yes, it was painful and I felt beat up, but it was necessary to relieve the chronic condition that was causing me so much pain.
He put his mind, body and soul to try to heal me, he used Google translate to communicate to let me know what he was doing.
Alas I saw him on my second last day in Hanoi, but all is not lost, he gave me enough information, so I can continue healing after I am home.
Thank you Tuan and Omamori Spa - you are a special place with loving healing hands.

The very best! I've been struggling with discomfort all over my body for years and have visited many various spas in Hanoi, but I think I've found my new favorite. Tuan, my therapist, has by far been the person who has provided me with the best care in years. His techniques are the best! He simply understands your complete body once he touches it to determine what needs to be worked on. He will make certain that you do not leave the treatment bed until all of your soreness has been properly and effectively cured. I also observed how the others interacted with their guests; they all strove to speak clear, calm English with a professional yet warm demeanor. They would tell what they were going to do and how the guests should feel while they worked on those parts, it was a truly incredible experience, and kudos to Ms Phuong manager and her team for such a warm welcome.

I have been one month in Vietnam now and have been to multiple massage places. I can say without blinking that this has been the best by far. I am very pretencious when it comes to massage, especially because I have a problematic back with a lot of blockages.
Wherever new country, city I am am am trying to find a therapist which I found in this place
Mr Manh is a massage teacher as well and I choose the Zen massage where different kind of technics are applied including accupuncture in my case. I loved that he worked a lot on my lower back as well as all the tensions are coming from there.
I had 75 min and short on time, otherwise for sure would have stayed longer. Almost fell asleept as well 🤓😀.

The staff is very professional and very skilled at what they do. You wouldn’t know that they are visually impaired as they are very meticulous and precise. Every stroke is deliberate and they will keep enquiring about your comfort. Blindlink has done an excellent job at training their employees and providing them with correct opportunities.

What an incredible massage. The best I've ever had in my life. My partner agreed that it was the best massage he ever had as well. Once the massage was over, we both looked at each other and had the exact same reaction, "Wow. That was really something." My massage therapist was Le and she found every single knot and ache in my body without me even telling her. She worked on all my muscles and I felt like a new person afterwards. Bang, my partner's massage therapist, was phenomenal. He is a savant with his hands and hunted down every ache and knot in his body. 20/10 would recommend. This was amazing!

Best foot massage my wife and I have ever had. And we've had a lot!!
If you like massage and you want to contribute to a great cause, this is a must.
We spent 3 days in Hanoi, we went twice. The staff are visually impaired and this spa supports locals to work who would likely to find alternative employment. This does not affect in anyway their technique!
There is a strict no tipping policy here, the prices are slightly higher than others (if you convert to £) but I assume the extra goes to them, or they are paid better.
Either way, it's more than worth the money, a superb cause and we cannot recommend it highly enough!!

Yes we do have bathrooms. However, to take shower we recommend clients book the private room. We also use hot towels to remove the oil on client's body.
