Water pupperty at its best. The storyline was fun and the music was enchanting. The ticket price was accomodating. A must when one visit Hanoi

Nhà hát Múa rối Việt Nam or Vietnam National Puppetry Theatre is support by vietnam government. It was established in 1956 and its headquarters was refurbished and upgraded in 2004. The show is both an indoor and outdoor at 5 pm and 6.30 pm. Their 14 scenes are Emergence of flags, Teu presents the programme, Dragon dance, Unicorn dance, Phoenix dance, Working in the fields, Chase the fox away to rescue the duck, Fishing, Swimming to catch ducks, Chrildren's Games, The Heroes of mount Lam Son, The National musical troupe, Fairy dance and A dance of fabulous animals. Best way to visit are take taxi or bus no.9 from Ho Hoan Kiem (around 1 hr; get off at Tay Son Street and walk to Truong Chinh street around 10 mins.) Tips. Not far from the theatre in same street is Air Force Museum 171 Truong Chinh, you can take bus no.16, 19, 24 before see water puppet.
