Mr. Dai from Journey Vietnam really did a good job during my trip to Hanoi. They really serve and help us well and we are very satisfied with their service. I prebook my trip through email and wired transfer the deposit, and they consult us for the best schedule and arrangement. If you like to free and easy and save money, I believe there are your best choice, thumb up!

From the moment we walked into the office Mr. Hai was all interested in making our Vietnam trip the best as possible! We booked a day trip to the Parfume Pagoda, a 4 nights (night train) / 3 day trip to Sa Pa and Bac Ha market and a 2 nights / 3 days trip to Ha Long Bay. All 3 tours were arranged perfectly! Mr. Hai even took (free) care of our luggage transport when we came back from Sa Pa and also Ha Long Bay. I definitely recommend Journey Vietnam to everybody!

I booked a tour to halong bay for 3 days 2 night. Mr Hai was very friendly and helpful. He convince me that the tour program will be the same with the itinerary and also booked a taxi for me go to the airport after coming back from halong bay.
The cruise was great and our tour guide Mr "K" with the rest of the crew were very patient to my family. I really had a pleasant journey with them.

The best choice Tour Company for anyone who want to visit Vietnam.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Dai and his staff while trying to sort out trips to Sapa and to Halong Bay as well as hotel accommodation and a flight to Luang Prabang in Laos. Mr Dai took care of everything. I and my friends had nothing to worry about. Nothing is a problem for Mr Dai. On one occasion he even took me to a phone shop to get a charger for my phone. Another day he sorted my friends laundry and recommended a hair dresser for her. Mr Dai is passionate about his business and really wants his customers to enjoy their time in Vietnam. His Halong Bay cruise was amazing. Mr Dai also checked with us on our return that everything was satisfactory. He is a great person. He will give you all the time and information that you need but he is not pushy about selling you a trip. He really does take pride in his business and it shows in his kind personality. I would definitely recommend Mr Dai and his staff and I have recommended people to go to him while in Hanoi. He made my time in Hanoi and Halong Bay and CatBa island much more enjoyable. Definitely book your cruise flight train or bus etc with him. You will be well looked after.

Journey Vietnam helped me to have a good time in Hanoi and surroundings. The touroperator has help of a brother and nevue who are standbye for private tours and to pick me up from my living. Three months Vietnam was so a great pleasure for me. The price is worth to let Journey Vietnam organize your trips or give advise. They are Vietnam, young and promising! Give them a change to grow by booking your Vietnam trip. That will be a good pleasure for both.

Started at the Pink Pagoda and then on to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum which I found strangely moving. Then to his stilt house and fish lake. Lunch was pleasant and after that the laquer workshop and shop which was interesting. Museum of Ethnology and Temple of Literature were both worth a visit.

We had a beautiful and impressive vacation thanks to Journey Vietnam. They arranged everything for us, hotels, homestays, food, excursions, privat guides, transfers and flights. Before we came to Vietnam we gave a list of things and places we wanted to visit. Vietnam Journey booked everything and also gave advise about better places to see or stay. For us it was a comfortable and relaxing journey, despide a full and impressive program. We didn't have to worry about anything and even asked for extra excursions during our stay. Anything was possible. We advice everybody to travel with Journey Vietnam!

We booked Halong- Sapa tour with this travel agent. Ms. Hellen was really helpful when giving us lots of useful advices. She listened carefully, cared for every need of ours and very patient. Everything was perfect. From accommodation, transfer service, foods and activities. 2D1N cruise is the most interesting highlight of the tour. We are going to work with them again on the next year trip to Hoi An. Definitely recommend Journey Vietnam to my friends, family and others.
