My wife and I travel to Vietnam often. I have to see we have found our favorite spot here at Ms. Zooms treehouse. We stayed in one of the bungalows. Everything about this property is so well done. Beautiful grounds, beautiful design in the bungalow and of course the beautiful views in every direction. There are great paths to trek through. We love visiting the local villages. Also not over run with tourist. Such a hidden gem. This time of year this is one of the most beautiful locations. Also the staff was amazing. So welcoming and helpful in making sure we where comfortable. September is a great time of year to visit. The rice fields are so green. I could go on and on. Planning a trip to Vietnam you need to put Pulong Treehouse at the top of your list for places to visit!

Sorry my experience with zoom was about 4 years ago but I am not sure I wrote a review then. She was amazing!!! She picked us up in Hanoi got train tickets and had motor bikes waiting when we arrived(I didn't want to drive so she let me ride with her) and off we went to sapa!! She introduced us to amazing food we would not have found ourselves. We stayed we a wonderful family and had lunch with a local we met that day! Zoom was very knowledgeable about the area. She is wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about her and her tours. She is a must!!

I meandered around the Pu Luong area and after scoping out numerous homestays I decided to stay at the Treehouse. You can tell by looking at it that it's a labor of love. The lovely Zoom, who owns and manages the place, has created a special oasis among the mountains and rice terraces and is passionate about giving visitors a special experience of the area. There are bungalows, treehouses and a "homestay style" dormitory, allowing for different sleeping experiences at different prices. I stayed in the dormitory and was very comfortable. Big, soft mattresses and all the little things you'd hope to have, e.g. personal light and power outlets, towels, etc. And, of course, the food is great too! Definitely recommend!

I stayed at the Puluong Treehouse with Zoom for 2 nights right before the Tet Chinese New Year holiday. I was the only guest and Zoom was most gracious. Accommodations: The mixed dorm rooms are comfy, immaculate, and laid out with the idea of providing privacy. Mattresses on the floor were quite comfortable and the window at the foot of my "bed" showed a glorious view of the rice paddies. Bathrooms: Clean, ample hot water and strong shower. The entire place feels like you are living, sleeping and showering "at one" with nature. Food: Indescribable! The Area: Zoom took me on a walking tour of the village and it was interesting to see how people lived. We also took a boat ride that was pleasant. Best of all was riding on the back of Zoom's motorcycle as we toured around and went to a local market -- where people were bustling about making last-minute preparations for Tet celebrations. Volunteering: I had offered to volunteer a few hours to teach the village kids English. What a blast! I'm not a teacher and had no idea what I was doing, but the kids and I really had fun. Zoom did a fantastic job of setting this up! The Eco-Lodge is impeccably decorated and landscaped. Zoom has a fantastic eye for detail and really excels at making her guests feel welcomed like family. I'll be back!

I spent two nights at the fantastic Treehouse with Ms Zoom. She has done an amazing job with the place, every detail has had real thought put into and the hospitality from Ms Zoom is a rare find. I stayed in the mixed dorm for two nights, the bed was made up beautifully when I arrived and the beds were extremely comfortable. Zoom was a fantastic host throughout my stay, cooking up awesome food each day with local and organic produce. She is a great cook. The grounds act as a secret garden hidden upon a hilltop in the very scenic Pu Luong area. There are rice paddies either side with amazing views from the garden. On my 2nd day she took me out on a motorbike ride just outside of Pu Luong, taking you through rural villages and epic scenery. The destination was a boat ride on the River Ma to a hidden waterfall. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at an accommodation after spending 7 months traveling throughout South East Asia. I can’t recommend the place enough! Thank you Ms Zoom and good luck with the remaining build of private villas 🙂
