I and my friends just booked a day cruise trip in Danang, this is a new cruise in a river with very good services. We booked online this tour and some hotels in Vietnam with Charming Indochina when we found the best price possible from them with Harems 2 Cruise in Danang. We recommend to take the day cruise from Danang around the river to Son Tra Peninsula and Cham Island in which you have a nice buffet and experience some water sports as: double boat, team boat, professional DJ performance & entertainment program.

We just returned hanoi from the trip to Angkor Wat in Siem Reap and could not wait to write our recommendation for the day trip to Angkor Wat. It is really nice place, amazing and very worth to see. We met our agent in hanoi to talk about the trip and Mr. John at Charming Indochina travel has suggested us to have excursions and day trips around Indochina so that we are flexible to decide in each place. Our guides speak good English and drivers were always punctual. We will not hesitate to recommend our friends to contact them to book online.

My family got all set arrangements directly with hotels and we plan to organize the day trips ourselves when arrive to Vietnam and Cambodia but we did find a better way. We had cancelled all direct bookings with hotels and book via our local agent in Vietnam as they have better prices and reply all emails quickly.
We planned with separate hotel bookings and day trips/excursions with Charming Indochina Travel as well as they arranged all airport transfers for us. Everything went smoothly and we recommend to included a cycling day trip in Hoian with full day Angkor Wat.

We came back Vietnam homeland to visit relative and spend a day tour to cycle to a village near hanoi, it is an old village with some nice ancient house dated 300 year back. Dong Ngac village is just some ,ore than 10 miles from busting city but it remained a countryside style. Nice people, nice flower gardens and we had a chance to know how to grow the vegetable and how to make tofu, Charming Indochina Travel offered us this day trip with a nice tour guide and excellent services.

I normally like to do my own thing when organizing an overseas trip but for Vietnam and Southeast Asia it is advisable to make use of the knowledge of a local travel agent.
Mr. John Pham at Charming Indochina did just that for us on our recent Vietnamese trip. We visited Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Mui Ne and finally Saigon. If you are travelling all that way it is worth seeing as much of the country as possible as they were all unique. The food in Vietnam was a very nice. Our guides are very gentle and knowledgeable and explained all to us . The drive to Halong Bay from Hanoi is long (about 4 hours) but staying two nights on a junk in the bay is worth the drive! I can recommend this company without reservation.

Truly one of the best trips ever! Traveled from Hanoi to Halong Bay to Ho Chi Minghn City and on to Mui Ne.
Everything was organised to the last detail. Staff was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and always prepared to go the extra mile!
Great hotels booked, transport and food.

We have used Mr Pham Tuyenof charmingindochina travel before who organised an extensive tour of Vietnam on our behalf. On this occasion we included a trip to Siem Reap and Phnom Penh in Cambodia. All the hotels, the flights, cruise on the Mekong and other transport were again organised exactly as we had planned. In particular the Victoria Hotel in Siem Reap and Chau Doc were amazing. The Mia Resort south of Nha Trang is an experience in luxury and although slightly more expensive, the cliff villa is worth the extra, as you have your own private swimming pool! The cruise and transport provided by Mekong Eyes was also run with proficiency and the food on board was excellent. The crew were polite and attentive. Finally we returned to Hoi An which in my opinion manages to portray the many facets of Vietnam in one town. The Ha An hotel is really amazing, central but not too expensive. I can also recommend the Cafe des Amis in Hoi An. The chef Mr Kim produced the best food we had tasted on our vacation. We also used Singapore Air to get to Vietnam from South Africa and they were also top class in every respect.
If you are planning a trip to Vietnam I would sincerely recommend that you email Mr Pham Tuyen at CharmingIndochina Travel to organise your booking. Efficient and helpful, not to mention his virtual immediate turn-about time with his email responses. Thank you again Tuyen for a wonderful holiday in a wonderful country.

I just want to share the nice trip that our family had in Indochina. Our family got a recommendation from a friend in South Africa to contact Mr. John from Charming Indochina Travel for the tour package and we got his reply with full details.
Halong Bay, Hoian, Angkor wats and elephant riding in Luang Phrabang is the highlights of the trip. Our children excited, we stayed in a cozy but center hotels and had private guides and transfers in each places. We missed Sapa because we did not have enough time.
We recommend this agency because we had deposited for the trip in advance and paid the rest in Vietnam without any trouble. They are good and reliable local operator
