the trip was fantastic yet exhausted during tracking to Ta Van Village... The city tour was great and our tour guide Mr Alex was always smiling on his face. He give the best service to my group... we love the trip during Ha Long Bay and its really make us always want to visit again... But, we would like to remind the company that the service in Sapa was not so good especially no explanation by the tour guide there.... We hope the company will keep on give the best service to all the visitors... TQ

Traveled in June 2013. Was my first trip to Vietnam and booked thru the web. As I was traveling with young children, I needed to make sure things do not go wrong, and it didn't !! Phew!! The local guide, Bobby, went all way out to ensure things were exactly what we had requested. He made sure everything was taken care, including the communication with the local taxi drivers. Great guy. Hotel was clean, and staff tried their best to accommodate. Two thumbs up.

i was introduced this hotel/ tour by a friend. he was right!! This is a very good hotel which should get a big complementary from all of us. Me and my family total 22peoples are having fun by all the arrangment from the Hotel Manager/Local Tour guy/a new sincere friend, Alex. We communicated through email before we confirm to book for the hotel and tour. His prompt reply was suprise me. In the 1st day when we reached Hanoi, he brought us from airport to hotel personally. and he took him time to bring us to have a short walk in Hanoi City. (all this are not included in the package, He is such a kind person) Under his arrangment, we had a great trip to Sapa and Halong Bay. He is well communicated with another tour guide in Sapa and Halong Bay to make sure everything is all right. All the arrangement is great, everyone of us are having good fun in Hanoi. (The last day of the trip, my family is having a emergency case and she has to fly back to our contry immediately, im very very appreciated for Alex's help. He is really kind and helpful. and all these are not included in his job.) this is the best private tour that i ever been. And the hotel is clean, they also allow us to take about 4/5 rooms to rest/shower before our tour Sapa. Come and experience it!! you wont be regret!!

Mr.Bobby the man behind the travel is very fast in replying to email and good communication skill. He gave us an excellent deal for our travel deals. Mr Alex, Our guide ,was very kind and friendly, he took some time out and showed us a part of the city on our first day. Hanoi it was really a beautiful city where our tour guide Mr Alex was very kind and friendly, he showed and took us around the city and explained us really well and took us to see literature temple, turtle temple and he explained us well. Also he recommends us all good restaurant and helped us whenever we needed him. We also visited Halong bay where we took a boat trip along all the beautiful island and we continue our boat trip to the southern part of Bay, where we admire view of many strange-shaped islands. The most beautiful island that we visited was the Dong –Thien Cung (Heavenly Palace Grotto) where the colored lights transform the scene into a fairytale palace. Morover, we also visited Tamcock where we took a boat trip which was a very nice journey along the river with peaceful scenery of limestones mountains, rice paddy and the site of some temples. It was simply amazing and we had an awesome time visiting all these beautiful places. Also, the food served was simply amazing and tasty I really enjoyed the meals that was provided to us. And the bus was clean and comfortable through out the way and his recommendation for restaurants and shopping area was excellent.Overall it was an amazing stay and will definitely recommend more friends to visit and come back again in the future at pearl suites Hanoi !!
