it's an experience that will bring you the spirit of togetherness. you will see how VIetnam transformed through the revolution and get their independence. I came from a country which was colonized over 3 century, but this experience is at another level

This museum is basically a series of indoor and outdoor displays of equipment and war artifacts with a 3-4 sentence description of each item. As an American it was a little it jarring to see US military aircraft and vehicles on display given they were...More

When you go to the Vietnamese History museum you get this in the ticket price so we thought we'd visit. Museum is a loose term though. It's more of a Hall of Fame of Vietnamese revolutionaries, with minimal information on what actually happened.

If you don't know much about the revolution to begin with, the museum is not engaging at all. It doesn't really talk you through the history, it feels more like just a bunch of artefacts and pictures clumped together on display with some information. The...More

You can get a lot of information about Vietnam history. How hard they had to fight for their freedom. Like the other museums in Hanoi, entrance was low priced compared with the museums in Europe.
