Mr. Tiep, is a very lovely tour guide. he is very passionate about his job and showed us Hanoi and explained everything clearly in English. He was always on time and cracking jokes and made us feel very important. I would recommend him to my friends and family

Just 5min. after we arrived at the hotel , Tiep gave us a call to introduce himself to us, give us the first informations about the next few days. He was very kind and his knowledge about the country, the people, the history was outstanding. He was always looking out for us, provided us with beverages etc...
We also left a small bag at one hotel on Hanoi and he made it happen that we could get our bag back in just 1 day! If it were not for him, we would have never got it back!
You could tell that he was always trying to make our trip as easy,as comfortable and as great as he could. We could also tell that he loves his country and is wishing for the best for everyone around him!
We can highly recommend him as your travel guide in Vietnam! We will always remember him and be grateful to him to make this trip even more spezial than it was!
Thanks again Tiep! Hope we will see each other again!

We have just returned from a delightful 5 days trip to the north, and we were absolutely blown away by the brilliant itinerary planned by Grand Vietnam Tours. Our experience in Sapa was truly unforgettable, particularly the enchanting village market and the genuine warmth of the local people. Despite not having much material wealth, they exuded honesty, friendliness, and an unwavering optimism. Thanks Grand Vietnam Tours and the guide helped us have perfect trip!

It’s really good tour company in Viet Nam. We had been online to search very carefully for the short trip to Viet Nam and it’s been lucky for us that we found the good tour organizer for 10 days. We had really good impression when the guide who picked us from airport until end. This is our 15th year’s anniversary. The first day was welcomed us by really nice bus and good english speaking guide with the gifts and flowers. We drove to the hotel with funny information of Ha Noi in the autumn. The second day, we went to Ha Long bay for overnight on the cruise ship, it was amazing trip as well, then we went to Ninh Binh, Sapa and came back to Ha Noi for 2 more nights before coming back home. A-bit short trip but it was perfect. Good tour company, good service, i will come back and book all the trip in Viet Nam through this company. Thank you for taking very good care of us In Viet Nam. 🤞

We visited Vietnam last week with friends after touring a couple of other countries. We had a very kind, flexible tour guide that spoke great English! We arrived in Hanoi and went to the Mai Chau valley and Halong Bay. The tour buses there are comfortable. We were glad to have a private tour because if we all decided to forego something, we did! My advice is to not pack too many places and sites to see in a single day. And be very forthcoming with your private tour guide on what you want to do or need. Our guide was flexible and upbeat whenever we changed the agenda and that made all of the difference in our trip.

Tiep from Grand Vietnam Tours did a brilliant job of looking after us 2 ladies and providing for all our needs. He was well versed in explaining all the why’s and how’s to us on the different tours we did and was every ready to help us. He was with us till we checked in to our flight and was a very respectful and a reliable guide.

Great holiday around Vietnam and cambodia.
My family had booked Tour 18 days with Grand Vietnam Tours, one excellent travel company in Vietnam, every things were so good, smooth and responsibility, all hotel, meals, program, transport .,.
Staffs of Grand vietnam Tours were very expert and friendly, Tour guide Mr Teip in Vietnam was excellent english helpul us alot realy nice man. I never foget this trip Vietnam and Cambodia are so beautiful, thanks Grand vietnam Tours team alot, see you again, I will recommend to every one.

Our tour guide Mr. Tiep was very accommodating and well-prepared. Excellent sites and the food was amazing, Overall, the tour was organized and enjoyable. Thank you to Grand Vietnam Tours for showing the best parts of Hanoi for our Christmas family vacation.
