Both my husband & I had a good massage, but nothing special, which was disappointing as this place was over 3 times as expensive as very similar looking places in the same street. We'd been told this place was good & it was satisfactory, but we'd definitely try somewhere else next time.

Additionally, whilst they had a 10% discount until the 30 October advertised online, they refused to honour this promotion.

The swedish massage was more like a rub than a hard massage, just average for me and poor for my husband. At least it was clean and no "funny" business like some other dodgy places. 60 min massage really was only 45-50 min maximum. Pedicure was good though. Nice friendly staff who showed us around the massage rooms before we confirmed.

I had two foot massages here, one standard 50-minute, the other the so-called foot spa with coffee scrub. It's a small shop, all foot massage chairs are in full view of Ly Quoc Su, a plus if you want to watch passersby, a minus if you want quiet & privacy. Big faux leather chairs are a very minor step up from towel covered recliners at other foot massage joints in Hanoi. Both masseuses were OK, nothing special. Not quite enough pressure for me, despite my request. I had to ask for tea. Only seated back massage offered with the foot massage: no face-down fully reclined back massage service offered here, like many other places (the chairs don't recline). It's expensive for 50 minutes compared to other places. The "foot spa" wasn't much of a spa: it consisted of about 1 minute of the coffee scrub, not satisfying at all.

The masseuse was more interested in attracting more customers and selling additional products, than in giving a decent massage. Despite its good location and attractive exterior, this salon should be avoided!

Went with some friends while in Hanoi for some pamperng. I had a package which included massage, facial, body scrub and steam bath. Steam bath was basically a shower with a steam nozzle. Didn't look too clean. We booked over two days in advance yet they were still not ready when we turned up. When we got there the staff also tried to up sell other services to us. Had to be fully naked for the scrub, which was fine, but just brace yourself! Massage dissapointing and the girls talked and laughed non-stop to each other the whole time so hard to relax. Facial not much fun either and hurt my skin. So was really dissapointing. And to top it off realized we paid a deposit at the time the booking was made and this was not taken off our final bill. We flew out the next day and did not have time to chase it up. I would avoid this spa.

As we saw so many good comments about the hanoi beauty and spa, so we decided to choose them. However, their service was not as good as people's said. When we step into the shop the therapist tried to persuade us to choose the items which were more expensive. I choose body scrub with coffee and Swedish massage, but they started the massage first, we felt strange, coz normally the therapist would start with body scrub, when we tried to ask they just said ok! ok! When the therapist massage me i found that it was not Swedish massage so that, i clarify and found that she was misunderstood, but she didn't correct and tried to persuade me to change the item she was doing, i felt a bit annoying and insist my choice.

When we finished the body scrub, as there was only one shower room, they push my friend and i to have shower together!! We requested if we could have shower separately, they just replied ok ok!! When we finished the body treatment, i continue the paraffin hand treatment while my friend continues her paraffin foot treatment, but it was a horrible experience!! They arranged us to sit on the foot massage chair, the therapist massage my hand with foot massage cream!! ( i saw it was a foot massage cream not hand cream )..but they also used of that cream to massage my friend's foot !! Moreover, they only prepared one set of paraffin for us.

The container was a bit dirty, the therapist soaked my hands in the paraffin, i found a lots of hairs stick on my hands, it was disgusting!! i felt angry and asked y, they just said ok ok!!

I spend about 50 usd on the treatment, but the service they provided was not worth!!

They saw me with 5 minutes notice and I took the 1hr massage and 45 minute facial. I was the only one in the room and it was magnificent way to kill a couple of hours waiting for a connecting service to Sapa. Very relaxing, the sounds of the street could barely be heard which is impressive considering it's location near the old quarter. Wish I had more time to go back again, maybe next time.

In Hanoi you can find many Spas and foot massage. But in Hanoi beauty & spa, they have different way to do massage with more than 70 services. From foots, hand, body to packages...I have tried facials and body treatments and I was absolutely surprised with their care. The staffs speak a little English but were very well done. They understand what we need, that’s enough for us to relax.

Was very disappointed at this spa despite what looked like a pleasing exterior. It was rushed, noisy, not personal at all, loud! An with some kind of mafia boss on the till. They charged 500,000 for a male mani and pedi spa which took about 8 minutes. They were obsessed with up selling during you treatment and didn't give you any peace. The whole thing was focused on money and sales. Very disappointed especially as it cost about 45 USD for 40 minutes if average service. Avoid and go to one of the other spas on the same road.

Excellent, friendly service. Open in the evening, easy to find (when looking at the the front of the church turn right). Great foot massages after a day of walking Hanoi. My husband did have some problems the following days due to the hairs on his legs being pulled during the foot massage - a bit of redness that did turn into a rash. This however didn't stop me from going again. Foot massages include a lovely arms, shoulders and back massage. Clean, modern interior. Calming and relaxing cup of tea to start. Friendly and kind service. Comfortable setting (I may have fallen asleep!). Very affordable at the end.
