I can’t say enough good things about our trip to Indochina and the company that made our adventure possible! Friends of ours introduced us to Indochina Charm Travel and, from the very beginning, my experience with Mrs.Phuong was excellent. Before she put together our itinerary she asked me several questions about our family, our interests, levels of activity, etc. she then put together a wonderful trip through Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. She pairs us with excellent guides in each country, Duc in particular, and followed our travels every step of the way, constantly keeping in touch to make sure everything was going well. She even met up

I can't say enough about the wonderful tour arranged by Indochina Charm Travel and especially Ms. Tran Van Phuong. This company was recommended by my son that had previously used their services. Ms. Phuong began by asking several questions to ensure that the tour would meet our exceptions. She also made several suggestions regarding places and activities. We kept in touch on a regular basis and worked had to ensure that everything was arranged. She provided us wonderful tour beginning in Saigon and travelling North to Hanoi. We were alway met at the airport by our tour guides and drivers. We had three different tour guides, one in the South, Central and North. Each guide brought a wealth of experiences with them and really enhanced every spot we visited. Mr. Phuong was our guide in the South, Mr. Vu in the Central and Mr. Chung in the North. We traveled for ten days and every day was always a treat and exciting. When we arrived near the end of our trip,Ms Phuong personally met us at the airport and brought us to her favourite Phở Gà, and then a Vietnamese coffee shop in downtown Hanoi.
I highly this tour company and I will be telling all of my friends to contact Indochina Charm Travel for trips to Vietnam and Indochina.

Everything about our recent 5 day trip to Vietnam was absolutely perfect. Ms Phrong from Indochina Charm (Vietnam Seaplane Tours) was helpful and offered great suggestions on where to stay in Hanoi, and which Ha Long Bay cruise ship would be the best for our family of two adults and two boys aged 10 and 8.
The hotels in Hanoi were centrally located and had great amenities, our driver was careful and skilfully got us in and out of Hanoi old quarter in record time. The Seaplane flight to Ha Long and back was amazing (can't recommend that enough btw. Splurge on it if you can!) The cruise on the Dragon Pearl II was amazing with some of the best food we have ever eaten.
All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better time. Thank you Ms Phrong and Indochina Charm. We'll definitely be back!

My Brother and I booked the full day Ha Long Bay trip and it was worth every cent!! The itinerary is there for all to see but basically picked up from hotel, Sea Plane from Hanoi airport landing into Ha Long Bay (inc. 15 minute scenic flight) and then into VIP boat. We though VIP boat was meant to be a special boat (which it was), but it turns out it meant we had a boat that could hold 40 all to ourselves!! The lunch was amazing, caves and kayaking once in a life time and our tour guide and crew made it amazing. Seaplane back to Hanoi and pick up to hotel was as seamless as on the way out. A special time for two brothers who see each other once a year! Phuong who works in the Hanoi office made all of this happen last minute. Communication was clear and constant and we even got a last minute discount. 10/10 for Phuong and her team. Thanks for making this one of the most memorable experiences of mine and my Bro’s life!

Me and my partner took an 8 days private photography tour (Hanoi-Duong Lam-Nghia Lo-Mu Cang Chai-Than Uyen-Y Ty-Hanoi-Halong Bay-Hanoi) to northwest of Vietnam with Indochina Charm Travel and we can say it is a truly remarkable eye opener trip giving us the best authentic experience we can ever wish for.
We book and had our trip guided by Mr. Yang himself, everything is perfectly organized. Starting off with a good suggestion of itinerary, we were we able to experience the real vietnam culture, the daily life and activities of the vietnamese people.
A Big thank you to Mr. Yang. Guiding us throughout the entire trip, he made us feel safe even when we venture into remote private place and shooting the locals. Doing what he do best, He knows every bit and pieces of all the places. I can say there is nothing that we have missed. Not to mention all the good spot for photography, i can say we have been there on our trip. His commitment in providing the best service is second to none. We have had thunderstorm, flows of muddy water, slippery rocky track, flooded and blocked road. But all those didnt stop him from providing the best service to us.
The time and pacing for each activities and stops is very well planned. We have all the time we need to shoot and yet we did not miss any of the planned itinerary. And on the same time we still manage to absorb the feeling of being part of the locals, enjoying to scenery and environment.
The travelling from one location to another i can say its an itinerary by itself. From manuevering the traffic in Old Quarter to scenic paddy field in Mu Cang Chai to the amazing mountain pass of KhauPa to passing all the mountainous villages in Y Ty seeing the local tribes harvesting their crops to seeing the border of China just opposite a river, it is a memorable journey.
With a foodie tour being incorporate into the itinerary, we had the chance to experience some of the famous the local delicacy. From famous local bun cha in town to home hosted lunch in an ancient house in an ancient village to backstreet alley home made Banh Cuon to dinner in the cave, there is nothing short of a remarkable food treat.
The choice of hotel made is good. Each hotel is clean and comfortable. We are able to have a good rest every single night.
Hats off to Mr. Bing too the driver for entire trip for keeping us safe and relaxed. Very good pace driving around and it didnt feel as if we are rushing from one place to another or we are dangerously out maneureving the traffic.
If you are looking for a great photography tour, wanted an authentic vietnam experience, have some adventure in your trip cycling around local villages, hiking to see some of the best view, visiting some remote villages, kayaking around limestone island, having some great food, and most important, doing all this safely,relaxed and enjoyable, indochina charm is the place to look for

Planning a 2 weeks Vietnam holiday for a group of 29 people(family & friends) age range from 9 to 70 can be challenging. Never been to Vietnam, so I made my initial inquiry to Indochina Charm Travel, and Mr Yang replied back promptly.
I roughly told Mr Yang that we want to visit North, Centre and South Vietnam within 11 days. The next day Mr Yang came back with a professionally presented proposal. The detail itinerary with pictures of each city that we will cover was impressive. The price for tour; domestic airfare; hotels.....all clearly listed separately. Our price ended up being very reasonable comparing with quotations of other travel companies.
One week before our departure for Vietnam, Mr Yang emailed me to remind the group to bring some warmer cloth because the weather can be a little cold at night in North Vietnam.
A 45 seater coach was arranged just for our group. And Mr Yang accompanied us all the way from North to South. The whole tour organisation ended up to be perfect. We all had great fun. Highlights must be Halong Bay cruise and visit to the fruit farm by bicycles in Mekong Delta, it was a very unique experience.
Mr Yang's dedication to his job as a tour leader, his honesty and attention to detail made our holiday a memorable one. I can honestly say Indochina Charm Travel is the best choice for you should you wish to travel to Vietnam.

Booked last minute and all aspects were arranged very efficiently.
Well worth spending a bit more to do the sea plane tour of ha long bay. It was amazing seeing this beautiful place from the plane.
Amazing cruise and were looked after really well on board.
A must do if you are visiting Vietnam.

We did visit the Pear of the Far East – Ho Chi Minh City right in Vietnam around 1 day. Though the duration was short, we felt totally satisfied with the tour itinerary designed by Indochina Charm Travel and in fact, it turned to be well-organized indeed. When setting foot on Ben Thanh Market, Notre Dame Cathedral, Ho Chi Minh Museum, Giac Lam Pagoda, etc., my boyfriend and I found no hassle since everything was arranged well from the lunch to the places to take the short rest. It was believed that I and my sweetheart would never forget such the great moments. Thanks to the stress-free experience, we found it energetic to start the new working day. Many thanks for Hue - the professional tour guide as she did the very well job. Love it!

It was the BIG luck to book the Hanoi tour with Indochina Charm Travel thanks to the suggestions from my friend. He used to experience the fantastic trips run by this company and I was too. The charm of Hanoi had been incorporated in the excursion within one days around Ho Chi Mind Mausoleum, Hanoi Opera House, Bat Trang Pottery Village, Temple of Literature, Hoang Kiem Lake, Long Bien Bridge, etc. The English-speaking guide was professional enough to give the precious info about each destination during the tour. That was what I loved the most. Featuring the top staffs, Indochina Charm Travel is the champion offering the perfect tour to Vietnam, especially to Hanoi. The tour never lacked excitement even though I traveled alone! I will work with her for the later trips in the near future.

We have recently returned from the wonderful 20-day tour in Vietnam with my family (my husband and my 2 little kids whose age are 10 and 13) operated by Indochina Charm Travel. We always felt safe during the trip from trekking in mountains of Sapa to historic excursion in Hue, cruises in Halong Bay, and rest in ancient Hoi An Town, etc. Lots of unforgettable shots and videos were recorded. We love the guide from the company that was knowledgeable and thoughtful enough to put faith in. We actually gave him many compliments during the trip and I was sure that he felt happy to hear them, of course. For all advantages, we valuably recommend a Vietnam Heritage Tour with Indochina Charm Travel! You will never stop praising her.
