We had great guide Chris Quy Duc who went extra mile to make the trip informative on the places of interest and also make sure we have enough rest to enjoy the trip. He also help us book our dinner reservations with good view to have a relax meal even though is not part of the itinerary. He even go buy food (banh Mi) one evening for us as some of our friends crave for it. He is very professional and also jokes to make our trip fun.

My first trip to Vietnam, from April 11 to April 17, 2024, took us through Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hue with a group of seven. We enjoyed a private five-day tour in a clean, spacious van with a very polite and nice driver. Our tour guide, Quy Duc, whom we affectionately called Chris, was incredibly responsible, helpful, and charming. He consistently recommended and reserved restaurants with great views seating. One evening after long days, craving Banh Mi, Chris kindly offered to buy and deliver delicious Banh Mi to our hotel. Chris encouraged us to message him anytime with questions, adding to the relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere of our tour.

We went to many places in and around nin binh. Visited many temples and pagodas. Took plenty of photos and had a nice time. Our guide Miss Ha noi was so cheerful and informative about the underlying stories of each spot.

The entire Hanoi, Danang, Hoi An trip was awesome. Mr Hoan arranged it so perfectly. Without any hustle we had a great time because of Hoan. Also all the guides he arranged for us were so sweet. They helped us in so many things. We r really amazed with their hospitality. I want to thank all guid we had Trang, Pink & Viet. I highly recommend Hoan & team for everyone. Because they are not behind Ur money. They will be happy when u r happy. In fact they saved our money by helping us in many ways. Awesome people. Thank you Hoan. Will miss this trip❤️

Hoan helped us organise a trip covering Mai Chau, Ninh Binh, Halong Bay and Sapa. He was responsive to our queries & requests and quick to adapt the itinerary to suit our circumstances. You couldn’t hope to find a tour operator more committed to ensuring an extraordinary experience. Mr. Hoan goes the extra mile and the result was an outstanding tour of Hanoi, with affable tour guide David providing insight and significant history, all the while making the outing pleasurable and entertaining. I’m fortunate to have traveled throughout Southeast Asia —Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Korea, China—and this city tour was among the best I’ve taken. 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our visit to Vietnam was fun and full of activities. All of our sightseeing was made easier because apart from the tour we took, They also gave us recommendations on where to eat, where to buy souvenirs and safety reminders while in Vietnam. I want to thank especially Mr. Hoan because even though it was TET Holiday in Vietnam, he made our visit affordable and arranged every single itineraries smoothly as possible. He personally visited us to know what our experience was and even gave us Angpao to wish us good luck . We will definitely come back, and next time with my children and I will recommend their company especially Mr. Hoan to my friends who are planning to go in Vietnam.

Me and my family visited Hanoi and used ago Viet to help us to plan our Hanoi city tour. We opted for a private tour and Huan helped out suggesting an itinerary that suited my family and also a good veg friendly restaurant for lunch.
On the your day Jack our guide was very friendly and ensured he explained the history of each and every site we visited and did not mind spending additional time at a place even though we were running off schedule.
The private mini bus provided by them was very clean and spacious.

We know this agency through the internet and booked tours on their website. We booked a package tour included (Hanoi city 1 day Ninh Binh 1 day and Halong bay 2 days 1 night). However, when we had just landed in Hanoi, a big storm was on the way to the mainland in the next few days. The company contacted us immediately and changed the schedule for us. We did Halong bay first, then to Ninh Binh and Hanoi city, last day was heavy rain. But we can't change the weather.
Anyway, we had a very good time in Halong and Ninh Binh.
We are appreciated for the professionalism and responsibility of the company. I will recommend it to my other friends.
