We know this agency through the internet and booked tours on their website. We booked a package tour included (Hanoi city 1 day Ninh Binh 1 day and Halong bay 2 days 1 night). However, when we had just landed in Hanoi, a big storm was on the way to the mainland in the next few days. The company contacted us immediately and changed the schedule for us. We did Halong bay first, then to Ninh Binh and Hanoi city, last day was heavy rain. But we can't change the weather.
Anyway, we had a very good time in Halong and Ninh Binh.
We are appreciated for the professionalism and responsibility of the company. I will recommend it to my other friends.

Our visit to Vietnam was fun and full of activities. All of our sightseeing was made easier because apart from the tour we took, They also gave us recommendations on where to eat, where to buy souvenirs and safety reminders while in Vietnam. I want to thank especially Mr. Hoan because even though it was TET Holiday in Vietnam, he made our visit affordable and arranged every single itineraries smoothly as possible. He personally visited us to know what our experience was and even gave us Angpao to wish us good luck . We will definitely come back, and next time with my children and I will recommend their company especially Mr. Hoan to my friends who are planning to go in Vietnam.

Me and my family visited Hanoi and used ago Viet to help us to plan our Hanoi city tour. We opted for a private tour and Huan helped out suggesting an itinerary that suited my family and also a good veg friendly restaurant for lunch.
On the your day Jack our guide was very friendly and ensured he explained the history of each and every site we visited and did not mind spending additional time at a place even though we were running off schedule.
The private mini bus provided by them was very clean and spacious.

Mr Hoan prepared a 9D7N northern Vietnam itinerary for me. It included the major attractions in Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Sapa and Halong Bay. The guides and small group tours he arranged was of high quality with knowledgeable guides. The accommodation was also according to my budget range. Mr Hoan was attentive and considerate in ensuring that my trip was enjoyable. As I was traveling solo, he would text me every other day to ensure that I was alright. When I had an unpleasant experience at one of the hotels, he arranged an alternative accommodation and came by to ensure that I was safe. I was grateful and blessed to experience such warmth and hospitality in Vietnam.

Best first time experience in Vietnam. Tour team & the their arrangements were the best. We were 15 of us and been in Vietnam for 8 days;
Day 1 : Arrived in Vietnam; free & easy
Day 2 : Moved to Sapa; free & easy
Day 3 : Fansipan, Sapa and Sapa Tour
Day 4 : Moved to Hanoi; Free & easy
Day 5 : To Ha Long Bay - Day tour on private ferry.
Day 6 : Moved to Hanoi - Hanoi city tour.

Day 8 : Depart back to Malaysia.

Halong bay full day after Covid !!!

Taken Halong Bay tour, one night two day, chosen LE THEATRE CRUISE. It’s the best option for family type. Less activity. Agent is good explanation, offer diff cruise. You can tell what is your budget, day and date, what is your group size, then they will get best options for us. Agent even suggested a place to go while I am in Hanoi, thanks. I will definitely came back and find again

Hoan is an excellent organizer and tour planner. He knows all and everything in Vietnam. He setup our 10-day tour, gave us the right tips and organized the tour in an excellent way. We have received first class service and could gain a good understanding of Vietnamese culture and history.
