My wife and I booked a 6 days private tour with Deluxe Vietnam Tour that covers Hoian and Danang.. The person in charge, Mr Tony, was very helpful in drawing up a comprehensive itinerary for us. All went well, such as airport transfers, meals, hotel accommodation, itinerary, a personal tour guide and a private luxurious car. What impressed us the most was the prompt action taken by the tour guide to resolve our cycling issue. On our third day, we realised that we were not physically prepared for the cycling tour to the coconut farm. Within 20 minutes, the guide had arrange for two motorcycles to fetch us, and we were able to complete our tour accordingly. Throughout our 6 days, Mr Tony would regularly contact me via mobile phone to check on our tour. Overall, we were happy to have selected this tour operator for our Vietnam trip. Kudos to Mr Tony and his team.

We connected with Vietnam Deluxe travel due to a recommendation from a work colleague who had used them for a bespoke trip to Ninh Binh earlier in the year
The team was very responsive, meeting our specific needs exactly and going out of their way to ensure our specific needs. This included 4 separate trips including Ninh Binh, 2 day trips from HCM and Phong Nha cave
Our trips were designed and managed perfectly with constant follow up on both the experience as well as ensuring that collections and transfers were made in a timely manner. They ensured we got the best local experiences finding really unique elements in these trips - outside of the norm

Responsible company to travel with in Vietnam and Thailand and the price is very competetive. Actuatly we intended to book with Tourradar.com but my wife asked her friend for advice and she traveled with Deluxe Vietnam Tours 5 years ago and her parents also visited Ho Chi Minh city with them - she highly recommended us to contact Tony at Deluxe Vietnam Tours. He put everything together for us and we had wonderful trip in Vietnam and Thailand.
Hotels, food, guide, luxury van, tour guides were all wonderful. Many thanks to Tony and your team. Good bye Saigon and we will be back soon.

Professional and Responsible Vietnam Travel Company to go with. We enjoyed our 1st family holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia very much. We contacted Wendy Wu tours UK and Deluxe Vietnam Tours at the same time with many mails and we found that the advice of Deluxe Vietnam Tours is much better and the price given by Deluxe Vietnam Tours is much cheaper than Wendy Wu Tours UK. So we decided to go with Tony at Deluxe Vietnam Tours - Really execellent choice. Recommend the company to anyone who travels to Vietnam.

I am very happy to get my 7 days 6 nights ground arrangements with Deluxe Vietnam Tour consultant Tony to visit Hanoi-Lao Cai-Sapa-2D1N Halong Bay cruise. Tony has responded and answered all my queries promptly. The tour guide Thai is very knowledgeable in history and culture and very helpful in getting what's needed by us. The driver is very careful to make sure we arrive at the destination safely despite long hours driving. We had a great experience with Deluxe Vietnam Tour and highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy travel agent in Vietnam

We had wonderful holidays. Our trip was very well organized.
Our guide Thai has great knowledge on history and culture, showed and explained us everything with passion and could answer all our questions.
The food - especially the street food in Hanoi - was excellent and all hotels were well chosen.

I have been visited Sapa-Hanoi-Halong bay with Deluxe vietnam Tours under well serviced and cared of Mr.Thai Ta or Tony my super guide....I am the return client of his since 7 years ago. He is so nice and amzing guy that my friends and I- a group of 18(+65 yrs) feel we are his aged relatives than clients
We 've been provided nice and superb hotel both Sapa and Hanoi Expecially the 2 nights in Halong cruise that we never found anything boring but feel the time flied...

This company (and Tony Ta)organised an excellent trip to Hanoi, Saigon and Cambodia (siem rep).we were met , greeted and escorted(taxied) everywhere and could do as much or at little as we wanted on any day. We had extra trips arranged to Halong bay and Ninh Pihn.
We did a lot of walking (escorted) sightseeing and we’re kept well informed on history and culture. In Saigon we had a lovely guide(Lily) who made our visit very enjoyable. Cambodia was also a fascinating place and a must see for the tour. All food and street food was excellent and the hotels just got better as the trip went on. Can not recommend this company highly enough.

Special thanks to Tony for the amazing arrangement. Everything was beyond my expectation. we spent 8d7n in Hanoi, Halong Bay & Sapa. It's a superb experience & unforgettable trip for us. Well done and thank you.

Trusted Vietnam travel company to go with. Tony is very helpful and assisted us with our delayed flight to Saigon. We love motorbike tours in Hanoi - Hagiang - Hoian - Saigon. We also love biking tours in Ninhbinh and Maichau. Thank Tony and his team for choosing wonderful hotels and restaurants for our group. And we would like to send many thanks to Thaita, our tour leader who guided us 15 day Vietnam Cambodia tour. He made us surprised day by day with new discovery. Will be staying in Hanoi for 6 days 8/14 April next year before flying to Danang . I am looking for a luxury hotel, a 2 day Halong bay cruise and anything else you can suggest. I want to take my time and not be rushed.

Luxury hotel in Hanoi - 5 star Metropole hotel, apricot hotel near old quarter. Luxury cruises in Halong bay - Huong Hai Sealife, Jasmine cruise, Violet cruise.....
I strongly advise you to see Halong bay for 3 days. It would be much better.
I suggest your tour in Hanoi for you as follow:
Day 1: Explore Hanoi
Day 2:Hanoi - Halong bay
Day 3: Halong bay - Hanoi
Day 4: Hanoi - Trangan, UNESCO Natural Heritage Site - Hanoi

Hi-
we are booking the 15 day Cambodia and Vietnam trip with Gate 1 for March 2016. We used Gate 1 this past year to see Thailand and loved it so much that we want to see Cambodia and Vietnam. Wondering how you like this trip- how were the hotels and did you have any that had laundry facilities in them? We had laundry in a hotel room in Thailand so wondering since it is so hot and want to pack light- if Cambodia and Vietnam are anything like Thailand we will be buying lots of fun stuff. What optional tours did you do- what did you see on your own that wasn't included in the trip? Any info would be great! Thanks so much!!!!
