Qualified and delightful staff and guides were the best part of our Hanoi – Halong bay trip. Food was amazing with vegetarian options and good quality. We can decide what to use in our meals. Boat was fun, tours not too tacky and we liked everyone on board. I would definitely do this cruise again!

We enjoyed our stay very much our tour with Halongsails. The staff is so super friendly and motivated. The food was excellent and we had a fantastic view. It was a memorable moment. We relly recommend Halongsails!! It is a must to do this tour while being in Ha Noi.

We just got home from a fabulous holiday in Vietnam. We chose Travel Halong Bay due to there very professional response to our enquiry. We were keen to do a private trip for two nights. We had two couples and two children. The trip went well considering we had a 3year old with us. The boat, a petite victory star, was great with two triple rooms and private ensuites. The on board host was terrific and all the rest of the staff great. The chef did a great job each meal time and included in our trip was a beach trip. They made the effort to take us to a lovely little beach away from the popular Tiptop beach others were taken to. Trong, who arranged our trip, was fabulous from start to finish. He even arranged getting some items left in the transfer van posted to us. We were very pleased we used Travel Halong Bay to arrange our tour. Thank you

Our trip to Halong bay with Sail Back in Time was definitely one of the highlights of our trip accross Vietnam, we had 2 days on the cruise boat and enjoyed every second of it. Everything was just perfect, our guide Loan was very funny and lovely, crew on board were all friendly and nice. The boat was like a floating hotel, our room had a king bed with large window views out on the bay, at night we didn't feel the boat rocking at all. The food was enormous and fantastic we specifically enjoy seafood spring rolls and we went kayaking and swimming in the afternoon which was fun and then looked around the fishing village in the morning.
It's definitely worth paying that bit extra for a private cruise as the quality is superb

We booked the Bhaya legend cruise for 4 people over two days and we were very hapy. The ship is superb and very comfortable, like being in a hotel room with all the comforts you need. The reception is excellent, with 6 people including the guide for the duration of the trip. Everyone is caring for you and the food is excellent. The chef even programmed us a private cooking class !!! This is definitely the best way to visit Halong Bay. One thing is the staff were very careful on the security which could annoy some people who have poorly noted this, but frankly we got a 5 star service. Highly recommend Sail back in time to everyone.

Stay three days two nights aboard the Sail Back In Time private junk. Beautiful landscape under the sun. This service allows to discover the bay in all tranquility because we are always alone. ideal for calm; No more noise problem at night in the room, this problem has probably been solved; Small cabin beautifully decorated. Bathroom correct: a pity that we could not close the door where freshness of the air conditioning. Nice breakfasts: quantity and quality. More average dinners: change of what was written on the menu. We deplored the fact that in a country where fruit abounds, at breakfast we are given the choice: fruit or fruit juice but not both. We had to negotiate! All these little details that did not spoil our stay were told to the guide and to our surprise the commercial director of the agency was waiting for us on our return to take us to his comfortable office. He kindly listened to us, took notes and offered drinks for our return to Hanoi. A few days ago, when we got home, we received an email from him highlighting all the points and solutions: proof of great professionalism. Thank you so much Sail back in time
