It was a vey good tour to Halong Bay, definitelly reccomend it. Worth the money. Well organized, guide (Thao) was very friendly. He guided us to visit a cave, padling under a cave then tool off to visit an island with beach and top view. The only dissapointment was the swimming because the beach was very dirty and crowded, but everything else was amazing,cruising in Halong Bay at sunset wow so much fun! Thanks Oanh Pham for arranging this trip for us!

Great English-speaking contact/support. Very responsive, approachable and understandable.
We used Vivu's services for organizing a Bai Tu Long cruise and some limousine transfers.
All communication was done remotely via WhatsApp (very convenient) and also the payments were done online - no need to go to any office.
The cruise was brilliant. Everything was perfectly organized and we spent a wonderful time in Bai Tu Long Bay.
The limousine transfers were also great, on time, with very convenient A/C limousine buses.
I highly recommend using Vivu Halong.

We were picked up from our hotel in the old quarter for our journey to Halong Bay in a comfortable van, which took approximately 2 hours on the expressway. While the lunch on board the vessel was not exceptional, it met our expectations without any issues. Upon completing the trip, we were returned to our hotel. Our tour guide, Binh was exceptional, providing us with insightful information throughout the journey and making him the best tour guide we encountered during our stay in Hanoi.

This Ha Long Bay day trip was definitely worth the time and cost. The stunning views alone made the journey from Hanoi worthwhile. Ivy and her team were exceptional, ensuring that I was picked up on time and taken to the bus with ease. Although the bus might be uncomfortable for taller people, the transfers to the pier were smooth and efficient. The boat itself was stylish and offered plenty of rooftop seating for soaking up the views. Lunch was plentiful and shared with your table, and additional drinks and snacks were available for purchase with cash or credit
The attraction stops were well-paced, and despite the increasing crowds, the trip was well-managed so that it wasn't too overwhelming. The sunset cruise back to port was truly magnificent. I highly recommend this operator for the day trip. It's a great way to experience Ha Long Bay, and definitely good value for your money.

If you're short on time but still want to experience the stunning and historic Ninh Binh, this one-day tour is an excellent choice. Oanh has arranged this day tour for us from Hanoi. Our knowledgeable guide, Mr. Vu, was a true expert in Vietnamese history and culture, and shared his insights and experiences as a tour guide throughout the country. Not only did he expertly guide us, but he also helped foster a sense of community amongst the tour group. The tour itself struck a great balance between history, culture, and light physical activities like trekking and cycling, all while taking in the breathtaking scenery on a boat trip. On a clear day, the views are absolutely unparalleled!I highly recommend this tour - you won't regret it!

The staff at Vivu Halong responded to my WhatsApp messages in a quick and helpful manner. They booked drivers and our cruise then kept us in touch with up to date information. When I lost my itinerary they sent a new one immediately. When I had trouble at an airbnb (not affiliated with Vivu Halong), the staff made a hotel reservation for me at a good price. I was VERY impressed!

I searched for tours on internet and found Vivu Halong website. Contact via WhatsApp with May to book a day trip to Halong Bay, the tour covered lunch, bus, trip to sungsot cave , titop Island and Luon cave. Next day they pick us up from our hotel at 8 am, our guide Dung was very friendly and helpful. The tour was very well organized and we had no problems at all, the food also was very good. I highly recommend this tour.

Apart from the breathtaking location and fantastic activities included in the package, what made my experience truly unforgettable was the opportunity to meet new people on the cruise and our exceptional guide, Thinh. Thinh was not only knowledgeable and kind, but he also had a great sense of humor that kept us entertained throughout the journey. He approached every situation with the utmost professionalism and sweetness, making the trip all more enjoyable. The entire day was well planned and filled with a variety of experiences that were all fantastic. We had time to enjoy the beach, hike, kayak, and indulge in a delicious lunch and snacks on the cruise. The upper and lower decks provided a stunning view of the surroundings, making it a truly immersive experience. As a solo traveler, I highly recommend this experience to everyone. It's an excellent opportunity to make new friends, explore new places and create unforgettable memories. Thank you for an incredible day💗

The car drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay was about 2,5 hours! As soon as we arrived, we boarded the boat and had a generous lunch with a vegetarian option. It was very delicious! Then we took off and drove about one hour to get to our first attraction, Surprising Cave, a cave with stalagmites and stalactites. The second activity was padling through a cave and past a few beautiful islands to a lagoon. This was our favourite part of the tour. Afterwards we we offered a sunset meal with few snacks, fruit and biscuits. It was an amazing day overal! Drinks are not included in the tour, even water, but you can pay with cash. Ivy from Vivu Halong helped us to arrange this tour. It was great, thank you!

What an incredible day! We not only learned a great deal about Vietnam's rich history, but also about the specific history of Ninh Binh. The itinerary was well-planned and seamlessly organized, striking the perfect balance between active and relaxing activities. The icing on the cake was the luxurious van that provided us with a comfortable ride back to Hanoi after a full day of exploring. It was a fun, informative, and breathtakingly beautiful experience. It's hard to imagine a day trip that could surpass this one!
