Just got back from an amazing two week holiday in Vietnam which was all booked through Travel Sense Asia. Can't recommend them highly enough, everything was taken care of from the time we landed in Hanoi up to the departure from Ho Chi Minh city. The itinerary was fully packed with 3 amazing tour guides who took great care of us (Mr Kien in Hanoi, Ms Tina in Hoi An and Ms Phi in Ho Chi Minh), We saw all the best places in Vietnam and for this I can't thank them enough. Ms. Yen Le (Chloe) was the travel consultant I dealt with from the beginning, she took care of transfers, tours, hotels, internal flights, lunches, basically everything that was needed. All hotels were of high standards as requested by us, but budgets can vary according to one's needs. We had included also a 3 day cruise at Halong Bay on the Mon Cheri cruises which was exceptional as well. So if you are thinking of going to Vietnam and don't know where to start I highly suggest you contact them and leave everything in their hands, you surely won't be disappointed.

I had a difficult task of planning a customized Cambodia/Vietnam trip for a European family member from my temporary work base in Bangkok. A little bit of research online was needed as I was not entirely familiar with Vietnam to be able and plan a 10 days program.
The planned trip had extremely tight deadline especially as it was several days before the Chinese New year. After contacting around half a dozen companies online, only Travel Sense Asia replied in a timely manner. The first email communication was concise with a very detailed itinerary that was well thought. Very warm tanks to Lindsey T. From travel sense. She was truly engaging & very active in support from start to finish. This includes everything from entry requirements to transfers and flights. Payment was super easy Via and online terminal.
The trip was a success and it's quite a relief since I have never used a travel agent before & The traveller (my aunt) is an individual who has been around the world twice in the last couple of years years, so a commendation from her has weight to it.
I usually do not right many reviews but this one is a thank you to Lindsey for her about standard attention & true customer service.

Firstly, I would like to say a special mention to my travel consultant Lindsey who helped me plan this tour 4-5 months in advance. Lindsey is very prompt with her replies, very friendly and thorough in providing information and very helpful tips. Lindsey also assisted with organising visa letters and again provided lots tips to be best prepared, as well as provided a good price! Thank you so much for your help Lindsey!
We did a 3d2n tour of Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay (over night cruise). The accommodation provided was very lovely and luxurious. We had a tour guide Mr Chi - who greeted us at the airport and also took us to see the main sights of Ninh Binh giving us information about the history of Ninh Binh along the way. Mr Chi was very warm and friendly in nature.
We boarded the Athena Cruise ship - which was again very clean, nice decor and furnishings. The cruise manager was also very funny, informative and easy to understand.
The private driver we had was also very lovely, friendly and very prompt with his timing.
If you have an upcoming trip to Vietnam, do not hesitate to contact Lindsey at Travel Sense Asia!

We decided to visit Vietnam immediately after the country opened up for tourism in 2022 after the Covid pandemic. We had been actively planning for a tour in March 2020 with Travel Sense which we had to cancel at the last moment. In fitness of things, we decided to revive the plan of 2020 with Travel Sense after almost 30 months
Clyde took over as our point of contact and relationship manager from Chloe who was our point of contact in March 2020. This made matters very smooth as Clyde was briefed by Chloe of all our preferences and the original itinerary.
The itinerary was Northern and Central Vietnam Highlights which covered the North in 7 days and the Central for the remainder of the time.
Travel Sense just took the experience to another level. We have had tours with the leading tour operators in the world and Travel Sense exceeded our expectations at one fourth the cost. There were local experiences on all the days. Lunch was part of the package and every day's lunch was an experience with a local story.
Travel Aense was immaculate in the planning and the delivery of the whole tour. The hand over between local guides at every destination was seamless. The transport was outstanding. And all because Clyde is very passionate about his customers and really makes a difference. Live you Clyde.
Our guide for Hanoi was Ly Hai who adopted us as "Pa" and "Ma". Ly is outstanding and he runs a tea room which was born out of the Covid pandemic when there were no tourists. Ly took us out on a night walking street food tour which was superb. We walked around old quarter for around 3 hours and tasted some 6 or 7 dishes as locals would do. Ly covered Ninh Binh as well.
Lo Thi Sy was our local Tribal guide for Sa Pa. She is an awesome human and we quickly became close. Sy took us out for 3 days onvyrecks and she made sure that there were no discomfort.
Clyde pulled off a magic bay a rabbit out of the hat with a VIP upgrade on the Haling Bay cruise. Thank you Clyde.
For Central Vietnam Travel Sense had Tam who is very enthusiastic and is very well read and and trained.
A very big thumbs up for the Travel Sense Family and for Clyde who visited us with gifts on the last day in Vietnam. Will never forget you Clyde and Ly and Sy and Tam.
Highly recommend Travel Sense for a Vietnam tour. We will definitely go back to them again

We found Travel Sense Asia online and it was the only tour operator among those we contacted who was willing to organize a 16-day trip just a month in advance between Northern Vietnam (Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay), Laos ( Luang Prabang) and Cambodia (Siem Reap and Koh Rong). Pera Fu followed us in preparing the trip by promptly responding to all our requests, and then especially during the trip we stayed in touch every day. She was extremely helpful and kind and that already deserves 5 stars. Also all the hotels and guides were great especially we loved everything about Laos. The transfers were well organised. We only had one problem with one night's accommodation but Pera Fu sorted it out by finding us alternative accommodation the same night in no time. We highly recommend a trip with travel sense asia.

Chloe provided wonderful customer service! Half of our party didn't make the connection to Hanoi so she immediately arranged for someone to pick up the other half of the group the next day and arranged for a speed boat to catch the rest of the group on the cruise at Halong Bay. She did this immediately and helped alleviate any concerns due to the missed connection. Everything worked to perfection with what I had on the itinerary. I'd definitely use Travel Sense Asia again.

My husband booked tickets to Vietnam as a 60th bday present for me. After checking around with a few companies, we settled for Travel Sense as the price was reasonable and the attention from Lindsey was very prompt.
All through our trip, Lindsey kept in touch to find out how we were doing.
Our guide Phong was also very good and helpful. Even when he was not on duty for that day, he would still text us to see if we were ok and enjoying ourselves. Both Lindsey and Phong also made sure all the hotels and restaurants were aware that we did not eat beef.
Overall, they made us have a smooth and enjoyable trip. Will definitely consider using them again and recommending to our friends n family!

Travel Sense Asia Vietnam was very professional, reliable, responsible, and very accommodative in providing the services at great value.
We had enjoyed our Southern Vietnam 10 Days trip to Ho Chi Minh City, Ben Tre, Dalat Nha Trang and Mui Ne.
Mr Nguyen of Travel Sense
Asia Vietnam, was able to provide the professional advice on our itinerary. He was very patience and had good communications (24/4) via WhatsApp, and made adjustments over a 2 months' period based on our request.
The package was value for money; Good Food, Good Accommodation, professional, safe guided tour. We had free upgrade for all 6 rooms with Ocean View. The members were surprised and to have a fine dining on board the Pricess Siagon Cruise and a French Crusin Lunch on our final day. The Tour Guide Mr. Trung 小罗, the Vehicle Captain were very professional, passionate and flexible to accommodate our request, even if it was last minute.
Payment was easy and hassle free.
Looking forward for another good trip in Vietnam with Travel Sense Asia Vietnam. Keep up the professional services.

Mia, our contact agent was very efficient. She’s always reachable and replied promptly through WhatsApp. Even called me the first time to ask about my trip. The hotels booked were mostly excellent although there were some issues with it. 2 usb were left at 2 different hotels but none was found by the hotel when we informed the hotel and wanted to get them back. Quite disappointed with the hotels though. I have given my feedback to Mia so that she knows about it. Location of Hanoi hotels in old quarters were fantastic. Nearby to everything and we walked all the time. Transportation was good except for 1 driver from Sapa- Hanoi, as he was busy checking/ looking at his phone and also talking the first 1.5 hours. The car was slowly swerving to the side while checking his phone. After the 2nd hour he’s was ok and concentrated on driving already but we were alert throughout the journey though
The tour guide in Sapa recommended a restaurant for lunch when we asked her, and the food was more expensive and not as good as the other one we went ourselves. The recommended restaurant is more for the tourists as we saw many tourist dining there.
We didn’t like the shopping stop to and from Halong Bay. We didn’t intend to purchase anything from those shopping stops. Driver stopped for at least 20min and it’s a waste of time.
The overnight cruise in Halong Bay was great!! Many choices for buffet dinner but breakfast and lunch was moderate only. It would be better if we don’t need to have brunch at 930am and arrived the marina at 11am. Too rush. Perhaps staying 2 nights would be better. My room was upgraded by the cruise and it was a beautiful room with jacuzzi!! Thank you!!
No other complaints as it was a very good travel agency overall and Mia was superb!! Totally reliable!!! I was sceptical at first but a thumbs up for Mia and this travel agent!!!! Keep it up !!

The whole arrangement, starting from Quotation discussion on Whatsapp /email until pick up to NIA airport back to Malaysia was very professionally handled by Chloe from Travel Sense Asia. Our family were very impressed by the professional Tour Guide of the Oriental Cruise (Ms. Tham) and Hanoi City Tour Guide (Leng). Hotel Soleil has good food and excellent service. Thanks the Hotel for the Birthday Gift ,given to my wife. Definitely, I will come back to Hanoi again.

What is bank account name for payment ? As the travel agent provide account name other than the company name.

U can use any method of payment u want there is no risk.. as soon as you made a payment send thr receipt to the agent and they will immediately revert back to you
