Booking the cruise was a breeze, the agent was able to answer all of our questions and arrange airport transfers for us. We booked a 3D2N cruise on Scarlet Pearl, a 5-star cruise that was truly enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from our cabin and sundeck was unbeatable. Food was also delicious and abundant, of course happy hour drinks were also much appreciated! The staff members were helpful and made the trip fun. We ended up being the only two people on a 6-hour catamaran cruise out into Lan Ha Bay, and Chris (ship's tour guide) made it very memorable - he took us to secret coves and beaches, and started a kayaking race! Overall, a fantastic trip to Ha Long Bay, definitely recommend.

We had an excellent trip from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The whole tour was arranged for us at the travel agency at our hotel Golden Sun Hotel Trendy. We were picked up by bus and driven to the harbour. A ferry brought us to the ship and we enjoyed our trip including kajaking, swimming, a huge variaty of excellent food, a stay on the boat during night time and a trip to the bright and dark cave. Drinks are not included. Everything was fine and we enjoyed our 2 day and 1 night trip. Afterwards the Bus brings you back to your location in Hanoi. Can recommend

STELLAR OF THE SEAS CRUISE
Beyond the Expectation. Stayed 1 night at Stellar of the Seas Cruise.
High level service in an astonishing cruise.
All the crew were friendly and a lot of activities to experience - Cooking class, Night Squid fishing, Kayak through the matrix of islets on the Bay (Breath taking) , swimming, Morning Taichi, Visiting dark and light Cave.
Delicious food served on board.
The butler Cindy (Nhu) was super friendly and efficient. Thank you so much for taking some awesome pictures.
Harry, Receptionist- Olivia, Guest service - Tracy and the Manager David.
Thank you all the crew for made my Halong Bay Trip much memorable and special.

Natalie was great at organizing my Halong bay trip for 2 days and 1 night. The cruise is very nice, the foods are delicious, the staff really helpful. The rooms are great, ensuite and a private little deck out side your room. All rooms are along the sides of the boat.

We did 2 days 1 night Lan Ha Bay
Comfortable cabin, consistent with a 3 star hotel. The various scheduled activities (kayak, swimming, spring roll rolling lessons, fishing and the ride in the village in an electric cart) were very good.

We got amazing trip on our Halong Bay cruise for the day tour. Thank you Halong Bay trip team for organizing a very good day tour for us. We also got good private limousine transport from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back. As well as, free taxi to take us to Hanoi train station after Halong bay tour. Very good tour company and good service.

I am grateful for Emily's recommendation to go on the 4 star Royal Palace Cruise as I had a very nice time onboard. The guide Duy and the boat crews made sure that all our needs are looked after and the food was great! I recommend anyone who wants to the land tour or the Halong Bay tour to contact Madam Moon Guesthouse especially Emily. Since the first time I contacted her, she has always responded back quickly and answered all my questions. Thank you for the service and keep it up!

Having already submitted a five star review for this cruise I realised I forgot to mention that we booked directly through Stellar which had perks and advantages and that emails from Emily at the office were always answered quickly and efficiently. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Really outstanding service not only on the cruise but also the admin communication and support.
