I used cruiseinhalongbay.com to book my 3d 2n lan ha cruise. Theres so many different companies to pick from, but I like how their website had accurate pricing and a breakdown of the cruise itinerary. Booking was very quick. They respond fast on WhatsApp. I paid a 20% deposit then the remainder when we arrived to the cruise. They also helped set up transport services via private driver to the bay and return driver to visit family and then to the airport. They were great with communication and I would book through them again

We had booked a 3 day/2 night trip in Ha Long and I only booked 2 day/1 night by accident
They were super helpful in changing and even advising on a much better boat - Grand Pioneers - a really wonderful boat with charming staff. They also sorted my transfers when we had changed hotels. It’s tricky to know what company to book with but would recommend these guys as great, quick response on WhatsApp

We(4 adults) recently had a wonderful trip with Halong Bay (2D1N Ambassador) Cruise, and Justin Pham from CruiseInHalongBay ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Thanks to his professional service and insightful recommendations, the entire experience was flawless. If you're looking for a one-stop destination to explore Northern Vietnam, I highly recommend this place!

Just finished my 2D 1 night cruise with them and it was the best experience ever. Cruises in Halong bay was so kind in helping us with the booking and communication was seamless.
We had a pickup and drop available to our hotel and this experience is surely a lifetime memorable one for me and my bestie
Will definitely comeback soon for their 3D 2 nights cruise next time. Please book the cruises from their site and thank me later.

Justin has provided a exceptional service from start to end. Provided all the required information on time and manage the pick up from hotel to drop off to hotel smoothly. Also arranged airport drop off as promised.
Realy happy with the service we have received.
Velar of the sea cruise we have booked also provided a great service. Staff and food were so nice.

Amazing Service and wonderful experience. Justin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Always reachable and ready to answer any question. We really enjoyed the Sea Star Cruise, epic food, super comfy rooms and wonderful views. Super Recommended. We will definitely book again 😍

What an amazing trip and the best customer service. 1st and foremost, the boat was beautiful and was one of the highlights of our trip. They arranged pick up at our hotel and we last minute decided we wanted to schedule a seaplane. They easily accommodated a new ride for us for after already scheduling the original ride.

The booking process went smoothly. In the event of a lack of space on the chosen cruise, another of a similar standard was offered. Unfortunately, the organization of the trip from Hanoi to Halong and back was not the best. Instead of the booked, more expensive, 7-seater car, a 20-person bus arrived, on the way it stopped for a mandatory 20-minute stop at a friendly souvenir shop, which meant that the trip took over 3 hours. The return trip involved over 1 hour of waiting for transport and again instead of a 7-seater, a 20-person bus arrived. On the way back, there was also a mandatory 20-minute stop at a souvenir shop.

We took the Swan Cruise, although it’s not as luxurious as some, we are very comfortable and satisfied with programs and services. The tour guide especially Sunday was funny and humorous, very dedicated, making us feel welcome onboard.His service is exceptional.
