We booked a tour guide on July 18th for my daughters birthday. The guide that showed up also had a birthday that day and had brought a gift for my daughter. We had such a great day exploring the museum, a playground and had a lovely lunch. I would highly recommend this company and the guides.

My family and I (2 kids aged 9 and 10) booked a half day sight seeing tour with Hanoikids on the back of the brilliant reviews and it do not disappoint! Lanh, our 19 year old guide, was so enthusiastic, knowledgable, organised, flexible to our needs and just a delight to spend time with. His English was already fabulous so... More

We went on a food tour with Hanoikids and I think it was probably the best thing we did during our time in Vietnam. An experience that can't be matched, they took us to places we never would've found or ever thought of going in to and the food was amazing. They listened to what we wanted and tailored the... More

Excellent food tour of the area around West Lake, are two guides were absolutely amazing, they gave us a wonderful insight of the local food/culture. Our two kids aged 10 & 9 thoroughly enjoyed the tour also. I would highly recommend and a big thank you to Ling and Joy!

I used hanoikids via a recommendation and I was glad I did. Two University students showed us around this wonderful city and we learned and saw so much. The old quarter, the prison, the shopping district. And they introduced us to local bun cha which was a delight. I definitely recommend this type of guided tour if you are open... More

Hanoikids? Fantastic! Our guides made us feel less like tourists, gave us confidence to try things and go places we otherwise wouldn't have, and gave us wonderful insights into the culture of the city. Our family of 5 (2 grownup kids, 1 teen kid) booked 2 Hanoikids tours for our first day in Vietnam, and we couldn't have been happier.... More

My boyfriend and I booked the half day tour where we went to the Temple of Literature and the Hoa Lo Prison. Both were extremely interesting and the Temple of Literature was particularly beautiful. However it was the two students - Mai and Son - who really made our tour. They were so friendly, intelligent and provided us with so... More

I found out about these tours two weeks before I went to Hanoi. Wish I would have found out about them earlier as I was only able to get a half-day tour due to solid bookings. It's free and a local college student guided me through the Old Quarter visiting an old Vietnamese home, stopping off at the market and... More

We have had two really nice tours with Hanoi Kids. Our first tour was a food tour. We had a really nice evening and our guide took us to several nice places in the Old Quarter and the French Quarter to eat some local dishes. The second tour was a full day tour. From 9-15h Bach and Phuõng, our guides,... More

Our family registered for a travel mate via HanoiKids tour and was able to learn about the Old Quarter today with our new friend Pinky. Pinky was very informative and enjoyed telling us about her city and life in Vietnam. She was close to the age of our kids so they also enjoyed spending time with Pinky and asking her... More
