This is our 3rd time staying at Golden Rooster we have been traveling for 5 weeks started here and stayed 1 night in the middle ending our trip here- Lily the manager was very welcoming when we first arrived- took out a city map and explained the neighborhood and hand wrote and circled great suggestions for restaurants - personally showed us the room and how to work everything in room- the staff is all very friendly and will help answer any questions for you even search internet even they don’t know- breakfast is wonderful so much food and you are also offered hot items to order- rooms are comfy and the location is great!! Hotel is very clean. Walking distance to many of the fun things to do in Old Quarter- can’t say enough good things would highly recommend this hotel!!!…

We found this little shop when strolling through the streets of Hanoi, Hoan Kiem district. We were not looking for anything in particular but found items such as coffee and nuts in good quality. Price may be a little high comparing to other shops in the neighborhood but as mentioned, quality seems to be good. …

Clean floors, nice light in the shop. The owner is a very talkative person, he likes to explain about the products. I liked the idea, that for ex. tea was by grams and he could pack in smaller paper bags for you. Thank you for the great service!

Cute little shop offering lots of dried fruits, tee, coffee, spices, etc. There are a lot of samples so you can try almost everything before buying. Very competent staff, excellent english. Just what we needed!

Wonderful little store in the center of old quarter of Hanoi. I found a lot of authentic goods to bring back home from my trip. Many kinds of tea, spices, delicious dried fruits, coffee beans! Owner is a very friendly person, he helped me a lot with my purchase. I will be back!
