Amazing service and value!

I opted for a warm stone massage as the place had a 50%discount shown outside their place. They welcomed me in, served me with a nice cup of tea and then escorted me to the massage room(all very clean and nice with soothing music on the background). I've been given a key to a locker drawer to leave my stuff and then it started: having my feet washed and massaged, followed by 75 minutes of full body massage (combination of oil massage and hot stones and a bit of thai, including head massage), ending with another cup of tea. All of this for as little as 250.000! I felt the 80 minutes of bliss I got deserved much more so I've been generous with tipping. ;) My masseur was a young boy, very professional and pleasant.

Wouldn't recommend
Nov 2017
I was staying in Pavilion Hotel and the 'spa' is attached to this. The spa is a simple back room in the hotel, and when I requested a massage the man at the desk started calling different numbers on his phone (trying to find a masseuse) and after about ten minutes a lady arrived. By this point I was already hesitant but she looked relatively professional so I just went with it. I had a hot stone massage and unfortunately it was terrible, the lady hardly used any oil and there wasn't any technique in rubbing the stones across my back, so it was very uncomfortable. At one stage she burnt my skin and she also forcefully cracked my back and neck which is a dangerous practice if you aren't professionally trained. Afterwards she demanded that I pay both her and the front desk as apparently they don't pay her (so I ended up paying nearly $30 for an hour which is expensive compared to other places nearby. I've had lots of hot stone massages in many different countries and I would not recommend this place at all.

This place was perfect, very professional there was a complimentary drink upon arrival, very friendly staff. This was 2nd massage I have had in Hanoi and I can say this one was done by a qualified masseur. Would defiantly be coming back when i return to hanoi

Average massage
Oct 2017 • Couples
My husband and I decided to go based on reviews & since we were walking by. We waited about 10 minutes & then woman & man showed up to give the massages. For me, the lady was okay..good amount of pressure applied. However unfortunately for my husband, the man didn't seem to be doing much. Just copying the lady & no pressure & hardly any oil used (causing too much friction). He definitely didn't want to be doing this but probably got suckered into it. There was a full body massage going on in the same room with a very thin curtain. Once the massage finished the other lady covered me with a towel.. however I didn't see where it came from & I didn't see any new towels anywhere..so kinda grossed out. Also my husband got a pillow from the same lady which the previous customer was using. (Gross...)
Once the massage was done, they asked for a tip upfront before paying downstairs. We told them we'd pay downstairs & give them a tip there. Wouldn't come here again.

Lily Spa...What a way to relax in the Old Quarter
May 2017 • Solo
Lily Spa has recently opened as an addition to the newly renovated Pavillion Hotel in the Old Quarter.
The Spa offers a fantastic range of services to rest and relax after touring the bustling streets of Hanoi.
The friendly staff will ensure you are well looked after and the prices are very reasonable.
The location is ideally situated in Ma May St. in the heart of the Old Quarter.

Good massage
Sep 2017 • Friends
After traveling for a few days we desperately needed a massage . We were very happy with our massages, my masseur was attentive and obviously well trained ( many masseurs in Asia are not professionally trained ) she managed to find all my tight muscles ( after a weekend of walking heaps I had many ) and my husbands masseur was the same . I have only given it four stars as we were not offered a drink of water or any liquid before or after . I did mention this to management after our massage and they assured me that in the future all customers would be offered a liquid refreshment . The massage itself was very good .
