Tony is probably the worst guy when it comes to motorbikes. We agreed about a price and told him that we will pick up the bikes next morning. He came with three different bikes but they looked fine. After a couple of hours I realized that there was something wrong with the gas and even worse, with the breaks as well. Sometimes my rear brake didn’t work at all, which is probably the most dangerous issue because the front break was pretty weak as well. So we fixed other things and decided to sell the bikes after three weeks. He promised me, that he will buy the bikes for a good price (I showed him a screenshot from his advert on travelswop.com) Before we arrived in Hanoi I text him a couple of times, but he never replied. So I started to annoy him until he said, he will buy them for 60% back. He also sent me a screenshot where it says that he buys the bikes in Hanoi for 65-70%. When we arrived in Hanoi he suddenly started to play stupid and wanted to tell me, that he thought we were going to HCM (I showed him all the screenshots). Of course he kept playing stupid. After we finally negotiated a price, he gave us the money in cash but got really nervous because other customers were around. The worst was probably, that he laughed when I told him about the issue with the breaks. They never checked the motorbikes at all. Please be careful with this guy.

They don't care about you! We rent the motorbike and they said was new, after 100km we had to fixed the motorbike!They said to us to call them for any problem but when we tried to call them they didn't answer! I hate peolpe that care just about money! I don't recommend this shop!there are many much better!
