We booked a 3 night, 4 day tour around Halong Bay, Monkey Island and Cat Ba with this company. It was absolutely brilliant. All of the places we stayed were amazing and the staff were all very helpful. Thank you for suggesting the option, we had a very enjoyable 4 days 😊

Very good efficient service. The young lady at the desk is very friendly and helpful.
The prices are cheaper than booking the same tour from your Hotel.
We did the Perfume Pagoda tour. The tour guide was friendly, humorous and informative. Recommended.

We purchased the Halong Bay tour on November 20th in their office in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, close to our hotel. The tour itself was on November 21st. We also purchased a SIM card at the same.
At the office we were assisted by the representative Anna, who was extremely helpful. She gave us information about the different tour options and installed the SIM card to my phone. We were given a list of all the activities that were included in our tour package, including details of our pick and drop off times from our hotel.
Before we left the office, Anna gave us her contact information so we cold reach out if we had any issues during the tour. She also provided some recommendations of local Hanoi attractions we should see and restaurants to eat, including where to find them on the map. All of the recommendations turned out great, especially the Bun Cha restaurant we had for lunch. Throughout the tour day, Anna checked in and asked us how the tour was going, which was a nice touch.
On the day of the tour, Nov 21st, the tour bus picked us up from our hotel at 7:30 AM. After making a few more pick ups at other hotels, we headed out of Hanoi around 7:45. Bus had about 25-30 people.
The tour guide on the bus was named Long and he was very friendly. Long gave us a wifi password, pointed out some Hanoi landmarks on our way out of the city, and provided some funny stories about Hanoi (like how to cross the street safely).
The bus made one rest stop for a bathroom break when we were half way to Halong Bay. We arrived at the boat and were on the water approximately 12:30-12:45. When we were out on the water, we were given some free time to go up to the top deck and take pictures, and Long pointed out some more facts about the history of Halong Bay. The views from the water were spectacular! Almost like out of a movie or a dream - sometimes it didn't feel like it was real because it was just so beautiful.
We got a seafood lunch on the boat, which was served around 1PM. Pretty good meal, and options were given to vegetarians and non-seafood-eating people.
We made our first stop at the massive and beautiful Sung Sôt cave. It was was like something out of an Indiana Jones movie. Long gave us the history about the caves, including how they were formed, pointed out the various animal shapes that have formed in the rocks of the cave. One of the highlights was Long asked a young girl if she was single, told a story about taking her heart and leaving it in the cave, so she could return when she's older with her true love to collect the heart back. Very cute.
We made a few other stops. We went kayaking in one of the inlets - such a relaxing and memorable experience. We climbed to the Ti Top island, which has 450 steps up, and saw some breathtaking views. Warning to those who are not in great physical condition - you may need to catch your breath on the way up the stairs, so remember to step aside from the stairs so others can go around you and take a break if you need it. After we climbed down, we hung out on the beach, taking pictures and dipping our feet in the water.
After that, we went to the boat to make our way back to town. The tour bus left to drive back to Hanoi around 6:30 PM. We made another bathroom break stop at the half-way point, and were dropped off at our hotel just after 9:30 PM. It was a long day and we were tired from all of the activities but it was so worth it. I will be remembering this trip to Halong Bay for the rest of my life.
I definitely recommend going to Halong Bay to anyone who visits Vietnam, and my experience with this tour operator was very positive.
The only small complaint - be careful at the rest stop, as it is designed to be tourist trap - snacks/food/drinks for very high prices. The best thing is to remember to bring your own snacks (you can buy from any convenience stores in Hanoi) and don't bother with the rest stop's high prices.

Thuy was extremely professional and very helpful when it came to organising seats for us on a Limo service to Sapa. Thuy offered several modes of transport to meet our needs and showed us sights to see in Sapa... I highly recommend their service Thanks Thuy 😃

Great trips to explore beautiful Vietnam!
Very friendly staff! They take the time to inform you about the details of each trip. We had a wonderful time at the 3 days-2 nights trip in the Halong Bay, a 1 night trekking tour to Sa Pa and a one-day trip to Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu, Mua Cave, Tam Coc). Each trip is well organized with helpful and English speaking staff. We would book again with Incredible Vietnam if we come to Hanoi again!

We have booked 3 trips (Ha Long Bay, Sa Pa trekking tour and Hoa Lu-Tam Coc-Mua Cave) with incredible vietnam tours and all were very well organised! Pick up from hotel has worked everytime. Friendly staff on every tour. We have enjoyed our time a lot! The food (always included) was good, too. All accommodations were ok (bay: one night on a boat& one night on Cat Ba island; Sa Pa: one night homestay). The agency is very easy to reach and close to the city centre and Hoam-Kiem lake). The staff (especially Quynh) is very friendly and speaks fluently English. We would definitely book again ! Thanks a lot !
