We are fortunate in having a foreign influence in the management of our Company through our Business Development Director, Mr Paul Jackson, who living in USA who travelled to many countries all over the world and especially his love on Vietnam. Trip was to halong bay day trip
the agent was good the big boat used was Apollo ll luxury cruise came about usd271 for 2adult and 3 kids, trust me this agent are not that calculative.
the trip took 3hour to reach 6hours at halong bay via big cruise luxury bot, activity like going for tip top island, hiking, bamboo boat or canoe,
Food buffet offered on luxury cruise , food was included in the package but DRINKs like plain water not included. you have to buy coke or 7up.
l would suggest bring watet bottle which allowed, mineral water bottle not allowed on boat. snacks better pack some from hotel.
bus will take another 3hrs frm halong bay back to hotel.
one comment the bus seats are not comfortable knee squeeze to front seat, cant do anything, but theyctry their best to make the trip happen so i got no complain,
the tour guide look like bruce lee he was good as well and very entertaining.

Sometimes you meet special people whilst travelling and Hanna is one of those, she absolutely made our trip to Vietnam remarkable. My friend and I luckily stumbled across her store front in Hanoi with only a general idea for some of the tours and activities we wanted to do. Hanna guided us through all of our different options, helping us book a two night trip to Halong Bay before organising transport to and a tour of Ninh Binh. Whilst both trips were fantastic, Hanna consistently kept in contact with us via WhatsApp to make sure things were going well and inform us if buses were running a little late. It just shows how dedicated and passionate she was to ensure our trip to Vietnam was great. I would highly recommend giving her a visit for all your tourist needs. Thank you Hanna!

Hanna was like a mother or older sister to us when we came to Hanoi. She gave us the best itinerary to follow within our seven days in Hanoi and we experienced top class service in each. We did Ninh Binh, Ha long bay cruise and Sapa. Each were organised to perfection and she was so so helpful and caring with us throughout. She was always at the end of the phone. She made us feel so welcome in Hanoi and is a top class travel agent.

Hanna was unbelievably helpful when organising all our tours and travel, she really went above and beyond and gave us great prices. We had an issue with a bus company that cancelled our ticket meaning we would miss our next hotel check in. She went out of her way to find a solution for us and helped us get there the same night at no extra cost. Very highly recommended!

Hanna was a great treasure in Hanoi as she arranged for not only our five star cruise (which was amazing) but our visit to Ninh Binh province (also amazing) as well as transport to and from hotel. Transport was always on time, and courteous. She even called our driver to double check that they were going to drop us in the correct spot. Thanks for the assistance, Hanna!

Hanna was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. She organised a tour and taxi transfer for us and went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience. My only regret is that we didn't find her earlier in our stay in Hanoi.

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Hanna is. We followed the advice of a friend and went to see her for information on what to do in Hanoi (and the rest of Vietnam). Her suggestions were fantastic and when we met some difficulties she did and would have done anything to help us.

I cannot recommend Hanna enough. We were told by a travelling friend how good she was and she did not disappoint. We booked Sapa, Halong Bay, flights and private taxis through her and she was reliable, great communication and always available.
We particularly liked how she communicated through WhatsApp as it was more efficient for us.

We changed our money here several times. She was very friendly and remembered us. Always checked the current rate before changing money. Convenient location in the old quarter amongst the restaurants.

It was my first time visiting Hanoi and after a few stop over at the tour agents, i found Alice a very obliging, honest and kind lady from Booking Office along Ma May street to be the best and professional person to advise me on north Vietnam travels :).
I really enjoyed myself at Ha Giang, Quan Ba from the north, its really breathtaking and scenic.
Alice has helped me on coordination my travels and buses for transportation.
Thank you Alice very much for making me know better of Hanoi and its northern provinces....appreciate very much !!!
