We had an unforgettable two days boat trip to Ha Long Bay. Everything was well managed, including the transfer from and back to Ha Noi. The staff, the service and the food on the boat was perfect, the sights are breath taking.

We were very happy we met My (Mee) at this travel agency. She helped us book our transfers to Nimh Binh & Sapa and also recommended a great cruise for Halong / Lan Ha Bay tour at good prices. She was very responsive and professional to deal with. Save your time , enjoy holiday and book with My.

Do book all your tours with My (pronounce Mee). She organized everything for me, Halong Bay boat, Sapa bus and tours + a private tour to Ninh Binh. I had last minute changes and she quickly arranged everything efficiently and quickly!

This agency was referred to me by a friend who does extensive travel within Vietnam. My first impression was the friendly and professional staff. They were very informative with regards to hotels, tours, transportation such as airport pick up and visa services. They were quite thorough, which gave me peace of mind. They are also conveniently located near Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square by Hoan Kiem Lake. I consulted with them when needed visa services, and they very helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Asia Queen for all your travel needs.

My husband and I live in the UK and took the 11 Day North to South tour to Hanoi, Sapa Halong Bay, Hoi An, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
The tour was very well organised by Asia Queen Travel. Our direct contact was Ms Binh who was easily accessible, was knowledgeable and very helpful.
The holiday was great. All hotel, flights and cruise bookings were perfectly organised. The hotels (3 Stars) were centrally located. Breakfasts were good, staff were caring and attentive. The hotels chosen were clean to the extent that can be expected of a 3 Star hotel. Guides were generally good at English and at explaining their tours. Transports were generally run on schedule and pickup and drop arrangements were seamless.
All in all, we were very satisfied with the tour and will recommend Asia Queen Travel to any couple or family.

Hi, can you recommend boat trips in northern Bai Tu Long bay, avoiding Halong bay as much as possible?

We have just returned from the trip of a lifetime! Thanks to this travel company and our agent for a 13-day tour of Viet Nam was perfect. We easily followed the instructions in our travel packet, our tickets and vouchers were organized and accepted everywhere, every guide and driver was on time and extremely knowledgeable, and the recommended hotels and restaurants met our very high expectations. It’s worth noting, also, that just mentioning our travel company, or simply the name of our agent, seemed to make our providers stand up straighter and work a little harder.
One of the things we especially loved was our agent's willingness to accommodate all our wishes during the planning period. We received a detailed document containing suggested hotels, tours, restaurants, and free-time activities, which we again edited, and our final itinerary was received about few weeks before our trip.We thank this company very much for the time and attention to detail; they even thought to send instructions on appropriately tipping for services, how to use our phones in Viet Nam etc
We thank this company and our agent for everything. We will not hesitate to recommend this travel company to anyone who wishes to travel to Viet Nam.We can’t wait to share our experiences!
