About
Based in Hanoi, we conduct motorcycle tours throughout Vietnam (and sometimes even into neighbouring countries). Since we opened back in 2017, we've helped thousands of riders explore this amazing country. Our Dirt Bikes All our tours are conducted on dirt bikes, genuine Honda XR150s and CRF250s. These bikes are ideal for touring Vietnam because conditions in remote areas, especially in the rainy season, can get pretty rough. Touring on a dirt bike also means you'll be able to explore areas you otherwise wouldn't, and challenge yourself on adrenaline-pumping dirt roads. Because all our bikes are late-model, and maintained by professional mechanics using real Honda parts, riding one of our bikes means you can ride with confidence.

Hi all. This is the second time in 2 years I have hired a motorcycle from mr Thà nh in Hanoi. First time was for 3 weeks two years ago. That motorcycle never gave me any trouble at all. The customer service from Thang’s was fantastic.
I have just completed a 5 week 4,000 klm trip around Vietnam south of Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh.
The service again was first class. The motorcycle never gave me any trouble. I did break a clutch cable which Thang paid to fix.
Thank you once again Thà nh. Fantastic trip on a great motorcycle from a great professional company.

After lockdown just want to get out planned 2 day motorcycle trip with Thang Motorcycle tour, to beautiful Mu waterfall.
Good trip with Hard off-road so much fun. The bike so good and powerful and help to get out off the slippery mud road easily. Thang help is to get good experience. Thank you Thang.

Fantastic trip. Thang brought a group of 4 us to Mai Chau to a beautiful homestay. On the way we went offroading for about 6 or 7 km. If we had any difficulties Thang and his assistant were never too far away. When we got to the homestay he brought us to a hidden gem of a waterfall where we met some of the local villagers. After that we returned to the homestay where we got fed an absolute feast. Worth every penny!!

I found Thang Motorcycle Tour by recommendation. I had looked at about 5 other Honda Wins by that time but none of them had really impressed me with their overall condition. Having some previous experience with motorbikes and the fact that I planned to travel throughout Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos I had quite specific requirements in mind when looking for a Honda Win. The first bike I tried at his shop felt instantly different from the others I had test ridden over the previous few days. Thang deals with Detech (Vietnamese) engines which are generally more reliable than the Chinese copies of this bike and I could easily feel the difference on my test ride. The bike was in great condition and any little issue I had was fixed up on the spot right in front of me.
Thang and his team were happy to help in any way, even offering to help show me the best way to strap my bags to the bike so that the weight would be distributed correctly ! The bike came well equipped and when I left the shop I was also ready to embark on my road trip !
Since beginning the trip, Thang has kept in contact through Facebook and offers support when ever I should need it. Any small issue or question that comes up I feel free to ask him about it because of his friendly attitude. He really does go above and beyond ! It really helped my confidence when I first set off, to know that the bike was in the best condition it could be and that there would be help if I needed it.

Whenever a need a good mechanic for my motorbike, or to rent a nice one, this is always the place I go. And I've been in Hanoi for a while.... I wouldn't go anywhere else for my bike.
They work very well and quickly, they speak English, and it makes everything easier!! They know everything about motorcycles.
I also rented there and the motorbike was in perfect condition, opposite to many rental places... They also provide you assistance when needed, and in Vietnam that s something!
I will try their tours by bike when I can too!
I strongly recommend this place, professionals and good prices is quite rare in Hanoi!

I've been living for a while in hanoi and since I discovered Thang motorcycle, he's been taking care of my motorbike and I rented the crf many times as well too. Always perfect service and trust. That's why I advise you thang if you need a trustful place for renting or taking care of your motorbike!

I rented a dirt bike for a week to tour north Vietnam. The bike was in great shape. Thang kept in touch and gave advice on where you tour. It was an amazing experience. Trusted and honest.

When I arrived in Hanoi I was on the hunt for a good dirt bike without being ripped off by the locals (as they are expensive). I met thang on my first day and he completely went out his way to help me, he even drove me 120 km and back to look at a bike he had found for me. Since then I have sent many people to him and all have been extremely happy and confident they are getting great value for their money, whether it be a rental or a purchase. Thang is a man you can trust with good knowledge and advise to help with any questions or problems being bike related or not. I couldn't recommend more.

I discovered Thang by renting a crf 250 Honda to do the ha giang loops.
The price was great, very good deal for a brand new bike! Trouble free, checked carefully before the trip, I have been more than happy with my rental.
Then I came many times for them to service one of my bikes. They did an amazing job everytime, fixed issues that left others scratching their head, and the bill was sweet, and they speak English so it helps a lot with any interactions. I can only recommend warmly this place!

Thang himself is top person to deal with. Straight up and fair and bought us beers while we waited for the two Honda xr150 to be ready. Brand new bikes great machines for road and very very off road. Brought them back in a right state after getting lost on mountain dirt tracks in the rain for three days. No complaints just offered us out for a beer some time. And cheap, best price I've seen anywhere
