Located 20 floors up at the top of Hanoi Creative City, guests can enjoy live, original and alternative music, a selection of drinks and one of the best views of the city. PROS:
- one of a kind indie bands and international acts play here
- value for money
- cool palette seats with built in tables
- spacious concert floor
- clean toilets
- has a smoking balcony that has nice resting areas
- view of the cityscape is fantastic
- the Japanese owner engages in a conversation - cool dude
CONS:
- SOOOOOOO hot you can't feel the A/C
- okay cocktails
- more toilet paper in the toilets
- hard to find unless you've been there
- one of a kind indie bands and international acts play here

If you want to experience live shows with original music, Rec Room is a must.. Great roof top and alternative atmosphere.

Best music venue with best view! All sorts of creative activities and diversity of music events ranging from latin, hip hop, ska, metal, and so on! Great for either small or big groups.

An awesome space with a good sound system and an amazing skyline view from the 20th floor of Creative City.
A good mix of local and international musicians playing original music live every weekend. So much quality music!
A nicely stocked bar with friendly staff and a chilled atmosphere.
Definitely worth checking out if you're visiting Ha Noi and are a real music fan

The most underground and dynamic place for live music in Hanoi, situated on the 20th floor rooftop of Hanoi Creative City. Almost weekend there is some kind of live music event, as well as plenty of other mid-week shows. The music variety is the most diverse you can find in the city. One day might be a metal show featuring a touring band from SE Asia and some local favourites, the next day it could be hip hop, or electronic or jazz or blues. And from 20 floors up, there is one of the best views of city without having to go to one of those swanky sky cafes ;) One of the most alternative, hidden gems of Hanoi and a great mix of local and international artistic communities.
