I highly recommend Hanoi transport. I arranged the pickup from Haiphong to Ha Long Bay and the Vinpearl resort and then a return trip from Ha Long to Hanoi and the service was prompt and they communicated quickly. The pickup and the hotel transfer drivers were on time and helpful. So I would absolutely use them if you are in northern Vietnam!

The airport transfer was very easy to arrange. The driver was waiting for me at arrivals with a sign with my name. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver was professional and courteous. Drive time was reasonable and the price was very competitive. Excellent, highly recommended transfer service.

Exploring Old Quarter Hanoi was wonderful. Hanoi Transport Service made it easy. The driver was friendly and gave great recommendations on restaurants. He waited for us and then took us to the next destination.

We used Hanoi Transport Service for our Noi Bai airport to Sapa trip. It was a more private alternative to the bus or train. The pickup was easy and our driver dropped us off right at our Sapa homestay. We could ask our driver to stop any time along the way to stretch our legs or use the bathroom. Communication is via the booking office and driver was through Whatsapp which was convenient.

Excellent transfer service, from the airport at Hanoi to the hotel, the hotel to our cruise at Halong Bay and again from the cruise to the airport. They have been brilliant. Cars are smart and clean, drivers very helpful, carrying our bags and always on time. Was reasonable price too and would recommend.

The hotel staff booked a 16 seater vehicle for us - a family of 6. It was a comfortable ride to the airport from Hanoi Old Quarter for reasonable price. I would book this service again the next time I visit Hanoi.

We stayed at this brilliant hotel called Golden Sun Trendy hotel. We were suggested of this transportation service. Long story short, the service was amazing as we were picked up on time and the drive to the airport was smooth as well. The driver was friendly and very understanding. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

We had an excellent experience with this company. We booked a private transfer from Halong Bay after our cruise to Haiphong as we were flying to Hoi A from there. Our boat was about 30 minutes late, but the driver waited for us and communicated with us and our tour guide for a seamless pick up. Highly recommend and they were very affordable!

Very accommodating. Good prices and a nice selection of cars. The drivers didn’t speak English, which was fine with our group since we spoke a little Vietnamese! Very happy with our experience. We traveled Hanoi > Ha Long Bay > Ha Long to Nihn Bihn > Nihn Bihn to Hanoi. We traveled in a 7 seater (comfortable for 3, cozy for 4 people) and then the 8 seater D car limousine (very comfortable for 4 people, would have easily sat 5-6).
