Great head massage

Came here since we had a few hours to kill before having to head to the airport, wanted to go to a spa without having to be oiled up since we have already checked out of our hotel. Found Spas Hanoi on Google while trying to search for some where that looked clean and professional, I liked their menu most as they offer head massages which I love! To my surprise, the service also includes soaking your feet in water prior, a shoulder massage, and a quick twist and up in the air type of deal. It was a great experience. The prices are incredibly inexpensive compared to what it would have cost in the USA, we would have visited every day if we found out about it earlier during our trip.

The BEST Massage I Have Ever Experienced

Yesterday my wife and I, as well as another couple, had massages at Spas Hanoi. I elected for the 90 minute relaxing aromatherapy massage and the other 3 had 75-90 minute deep tissue massages.

To say that my massage was amazing is a complete understatement. It was without a doubt the best massage I have ever had and I'm 55 year's old.

The ambiance in the private room (shared with my wife) was perfect. The music was peaceful, the temperature was comfortable, and the smells were subtly devine.

My masseuse was a beautiful young lady who ensured that my experience was meeting my needs. She seemed to sense which areas needed additional attention, which areas to apply more pressure, and which areas to be light as a feather. I have never felt so good after a massage. I only wish I could bring her home with me (a sentiment expressed by all the others in my group about their masseuses and massuers). Needless to say, we left great tips for them.

To top it all off, these were the least expensive massages we had anywhere in Vietnam.

If I am ever in Hanoi again, I will be making a beeline to Spas Hanoi. Trust me, you should too.

A relaxing, thorough treatment with a wonderfully friendly staff

My mum and I had a really great foot massage - incredibly thorough, and included a brief back and shoulder massage too! Our treatment included filing, a scrub, soak, essential oil massage, paraffin treatment and moisturising. Our masseuse's were very sweet and friendly, and had a lovely rapport with each other and the customers.

The treatment was excellent value for money, at 380VND for 90 minutes (we took advantage of an afternoon special). Highly recommended!

Rare gem (massage) in the Old Quarter

My friend and I had massage here twice out of our 3 days in Hanoi as it was so good. Tried the foot massage and Vietnamese body massage and both were excellent.

The reception speaks fluent English and gave us a form to detail which areas need attention. The massage parlour is clean and therapists did a great job. They stand out in the Old Quarter I have to say. Will go back again when I visit Hanoi.

Clean, skillful and professional

Very clean and professional, you are wiped by a warm towel each time they are done with the oil massage on that part of yout body. Big shootout to my therapist Hanh who was very skilful and strong and able to kneed deep into my extremely tensed muscles. Her stretches gave me the needed pain relief. Went back to her for 2 days and both were great.

What an amazing find in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. I had my massage on December 22, 2022. Ivy at the front desk is so helpful and kind and made us feel welcome. My therapist, Tinh, did an excellent job. She was very gentle and helped remove the aches I was feeling. I got the hot stones massage and she would adjust the heat accordingly to ensure my comfort. I will definitely be returning - highly recommend!

Relaxing packaging

It was from the start until the end a very nice, warm and welcoming experience. I choose the Relaxing package. Wow, I’m relaxt now. It was so nice and clean. The woman which did the treatment knew what she was doing. I would recommend anyone to go to this place for a massage, face massage or anything else they offer.

Intense foot scrub

With so many spas in Hanoi, it’s really hard to tell if one is going to be good or not...and then it all depends on your therapist. That being said, I booked a 30 minute foot scrub with paraffin wax and a 90 minute foot massage. The reception area is lovely and the receptionists are also nice. The treatment room was up two flights of stairs. I did let the therapist know I wanted the a/c on and the music louder to drown out the noise of the street. The foot scrub was very intense (with the cheese grater-type thing) and my feet were definitely smooth afterwards. The foot massage was good and the therapist listened when I asked for more pressure or less. All in all, an okay experience. The room itself wasn’t that nice, but once you close your eyes, all is good!

Not what I expected

Not really what I expected. Not clean. After making the appointment, they called to see if we could change our arrival time, so we changed to another day and then they called me again after changing day to change time. I had to ask for clothes to change because they expected us to roll up our jeans for the foot treatment, when they had the shorts to change in on the side table. The massage was good and the ladies are super courteous.

Cozy, friendly spa

Very nice spa with great staff. We did a hot stone and head massage. It's small but clean and friendly. We had to wait a bit for an appointment and they were so nice to give a small discount for the inconvenience. Definitely recommend led after travel, jetlag and sightseeing for those achy muscles.
