Our travel agent in Belgium contracted with Jewel Tours for a 14 day private tour itinerary (Vietnam North to South). From arrival at Hanoi airport we had a wonderful 14 days with private guides. Great locations with highlights at Halong Bay cruise, Mai Chau, cooking class in Hue, Hoi An, Mekong delta and HCMC.
The hotel selections and tour organisation was outstanding and very professional. We were impressed by the guides and the overall customer service..
A big thank you to the entire team, the location guides (Ha, Duoc, Ha and Thy)and of course the drivers who managed us to get safely across the different cities.
Can highly recommend Jewel tours to organise your Vietnam trip.

Just returned from 3 weeks touring Vietnam, our second visit to this beautiful country. Our other trip with Jewel was Laos & Cambodia.
Having already visited the highlights of Vietnam we were very pleased that working with Hue, taking account of here expertise she was able to put together a great itinerary for my wife and I.
The whole trip was seamless, all the guides were knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and proud to being able to show us their country.
We had a great time and have no hesitation in recommending jewel tours for any trips in Asia.
A very professional company with a great focus on customer service. I have them as No.1 tour company.
Our thoughts are with all in Vietnam and particularly those involved with tourism in these very difficult times.
We were very glad that we had the opportunity to visit before all the restrictions came in.

We had a truly great time in both Vietnam and Cambodia. The itinerary was well planned and curated keeping in mind our interests. The tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. The Hue and Da Nang experience with a tour guide like Phat was particularly special; it was a luxury having him with us. We will always cherish Phat's hilarious narrations of the place. He was warm, caring and gave special attention to the older members in our group. We got to enjoy the beauty of both Vietnam and Cambodia and also learn a lot about the history and rich culture of the countries. We highly recommend Jewel Tours, they go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience and are always available to sort out issues. Ms. Thu from Jewel Tours was always there to help and sort out all our issues. She was available round the clock and changed plans whenever there were flight delays. When weather wreaked havoc to our plans, they were quick to rearrange the itinerary and come up with good alternate plans. We had booked several holidays through Dragon Travel and had enjoyed itineraries put together just for us. We were devastated to hear they were retiring in 2019 when we had asked for a repeat holiday to North Vietnam in 2020 with an itinerary that included revisiting places as well as exploring new ones. Ki recommended we contacted Jewel Travel to organise our 2020 holiday and passed our email to them. We heard immediately from Ms Hue Tran who put together a provisional programme with suggestions for places we had not been to or known about such as the Women’s Museum, collection of musical instruments, overnight Halong Bay cruise, and National Park. All brilliant! All the transfers and domestic flights were organised by Jewel Travel and the only thing we were responsible for were the return international flights from Heathrow to Hanoi. Even there Ms Hue Tran advisedus on the timings and which ones would link with domestic flights from Danang and she managed to sort our seats out for us. We had never booked international flights on our own before so we were very grateful and appreciative of her support, advice and reassurance throughout the initial planning and the actual holiday.
We would not hesitate to recommend Jewel Tour. They took our original Ideas and transformed them into a brilliant itinerary that incorporated everything we wanted and hoped for. The attention to detail - visits, meals, transfers, accommodation, driver and guides,- was impressive and the resulting holiday was perfect. Thank you so much Ms Hue Tran!

Jewel Tours arranged a private guided 14 day tour of Vietnam and cambodia. They proposed itenerary and a plan and followed up with it. The tour included Hanoi, Hue, Hoi ann, Ho chi min city and Siem Reap (camboida). The tour icluded guide in each city, AC vehicle and driver, good hotel and admission fees. Guides were polite and knowledgeable, engilsh speaking. We were 4 people. even though it was lunar new year, we had a great time. Highly recommended.

Our trip was very well organized and the agency fullfiled all our wishes.
Our guide was well prepared with a goog knowledge in English.
Furthermore was the guide familar with Vietnamese history, cultur and religion
of Buddhims. He gave always good hints concerning food and shopping.
The driver was courteous and friendly.
Thu from the agency was reachable every time with fast respone, even at times
when it was not necessarily required.
We had a great time in Vietnam.
Our guide was well prepared with a goog knowledge in English.

Thank you so much JEWEL TOURS for making our trip so memorable. The attention to
detail with hotels. transport and meals was perfect.From day one, we were looked after very well. Mr Dinh our guide was a brilliant host, and was impressive,resulting perfect hoilday for me. I myself was looked after very well by Mr Dinh and all the different guides from places we visited,as i was suffering with bad leg. I'm very thankful to them all. We are very glad we had opportunity to visit this beautiful country. Looking forward to visiting again in near further. I highly recommed you visit Vietnam for your next hoilday. Once again like to say thank you Mr Dinh, who treated us with warmth and enthusiasm. Thank u.x
