Huyen was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was so helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. I had to alter our trip dates and she happily made the modifications to our stay and tour packages. She was able to include all our requested activities and places we wanted to see in a seamless itinerary.
In Hanoi we stayed in her new hotel (we were her first guests!) and everything was excellent.
The hotel is in the old quarter of Hanoi, so close to everything.
We had a freshly cooked breakfast each morning. It felt like we were in a home stay.
Her advice and local knowledge was a huge help (e.g. she helped us with a good place to exchange money - amazing rate - and best places to eat, all recommendations were spot on).
All the bookings were flawless. And her communication via WhatsApp was always quick and clear.
We highly recommend to use her service if you want a relaxing, smooth and fun trip in Vietnam.

Vietnam moon travels provided us with an unparalleled experience from the start to the end of our entire trip. Ms. Dao was especially helpful in handling all of the logistics at every turn, coordinated the trip to near perfection and overall provided a thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable experience for me and my wife. We would recommend Moon travels to anyone who is considering a trusted guide and expert for their travel plans in Vietnam. Truly a pleasure getting your help and the best of luck to them.

You don’t find thousands of reviews of this agency, but I can assure you that was the best I found. I first found mrs Huyen Dao on Facebook because she posted a lot of photos of Viet on a Facebook group.
- I contact her . I told her the dates and what I want to do and she planted every second of my three days tour.
- I didn’t the tour of ninh binh + Halong bay.
- all the other agency they always ask for full payment in advance. She only ask a deposit which is so good.
- her basic tour include Bungalow accomodation and five stars cruise, but I asked her exactly the name of the cruise that I wanted so she booked me that of course for extra money because the one I chose is one of the most expensive ( stellar of the seas).
- All the drivers pick me up on time from the hotel and drop me off exactly at the hotel.
- I didn’t have to move a fingers. They knew everything and have everything planned for me.
- I really recommend this agency and I will use them again. I recommend it to my family and friends.
- I asked for a limo transport and it was only $10 extra

The best word to describe my Experience with Ms Dao and Vietnam Moon travel, is "Amazing"
Me and my sister travelled to Vietnam recently and were very anxious while planning our itenerary. Ms Dao have been very patient throughout our planning, she answered all our queries very calmly and promptly, we made so many changes everyday, still she suggested us best ways to cut down our cost and made a budget friendly itenerary.
The moment we landed in Hanoi, the arrangements were pure luxury. From transfers to Day tours, all the guides and drivers we met were so friendly and helpful.Since we are vegetarians, Ms Dao made sure we could get vegetarian options everywhere.
The list of praising her would be never ending. I would recommend everyone, if you are making a booking with her, it's 100% genuine and you won't regret a bit.

Dao Huyen at Moon Travels gave us one of the most beautiful and memorable holidays ever and we are already looking to visit Vietnam again perhaps next year ! We planned our visit in feb 24 and had to reschedule due to personal reasons to april 24 while we did a 10 day north to south trip with family including Hanoi, Halong Bay and Ho Chi Minh City. She was engaged throughout the 3 months was most responsive and she ensured a flawless trip including airport schedule, sightseeing, guidance on local shopping etc. She was kind to meet our family too. Overall best experience with any travel agent ever and strongly recommend to anyone visiting Vietnam to use their services to have a wonderful and completely enjoyable holiday where you don’t need to worry about anything except being on time ! Thanks Mrs Huyen and much gratitude and appreciate all your efforts regards Riju, Jayati and Annapurna Chatterjee !

First time visiting Vietnam with the family. Ms. Huyen Dao from Vietnam Moon Travel made our experience a breeze. She organized our entire 15-day South to North journey and took good care of us throughout the journey. Everything was organized online with her to meet our requirements. She custom designed an itinerary to suit all our needs, providing feedback to us. This made the journey with our little ones so enjoyable. Thank you, Huyen, for everything. It was lovely to finally meet you in Hanoi.

It was a great experience with Moon travel in Vietnam. Mrs Huyen took care of our itinerary from arriving in Hanoi to departure from Ho chi minh city in very smooth and efficient manner without any questions.
All the hotels and tours were were organised in systematic way.
Communication with Mrs Huyen was very easy in whatsapp. All the questions are replied in no time.
I would like to thanks Mrs Huyen making our family holiday memorable and admire her professionalism in travel and tour industry.

Thanks to the professionalism and good work of Mrs Huyen and Vietnam Moon Travel our trip through Vietnam and Cambodia has been fantastic. We have not had any problems either in our travels, or in the hotels or in the tours that have organized / hired us and all the transfers have been punctual and with very professional drivers. In short, a great experience that we will always remember.

Ms. Dao Huyen from Vietnam Moon Travel arranged our trip within a short span of a week and went out of her way to make it comfortable for us throughout. We were travelling with my mother, 72 years old and were apprehensive about her coping with the itinerary spread over 9 days on an electric wheelchair.
But Ms. Dao made it a breeze by arranging everything in a seamless manner.
We had timely pick-ups in large cars from airports/train stations, English speaking guides, Admission tickets taken care of, sea-view hotels, balcony rooms in cruise. She graciously also arranged a hotel room for us to refresh during the transit in Ha Noi. Thanks to her we had a memorable trip and plan to visit Vietnam again to enjoy her hospitality!
