Highly recommend to do the 3 day 2 night trip second day is much less touristy and way more relaxed. On the second day out of three days we went tp La Han Bay whis was really beautiful and more time to do self activity like swimming and kayaking. Thr main boat anchor near titov island and a beatiful cave so even as we rested the view are super beautiful. All the crew member were really nicee especially Thai, Hui, Tam, Andrew (he told us to call him this), Thinh (tender driver)!, the cooking class guy, and even all the young guys all very nice and helpfull. Mr. Tam and Thai are very considerate towards us, they make sure we always have a good experience and eating good. They also very warm and make us laugh all the time. They provide welcome drink, complimentary vietnamesse coffee and gave us extra seafoods because they saw us loving it. And Mr Dung and Nam also got us to the boat and back to the hotel in a very timely matter very nicee

Highly recommended!! It was a great 2 days 1 night with Syrena Cruise. Cruise Manager Tam was very experienced, brought us around and provided historical insights on the places we visited one of which was TiTop Island. Very patient and professional as a Cruise Manager.
Crew Thai was also an outstanding crew member making sure the boys were well fed. He was constantly making sure that all our needs were well provided. Was able to tell that he’s a solid guy just from first glance.
Besides, every crew on board were very polite and provided top quality services. Not to mention, food was freaking fantastic. The chefs inside the kitchen really did a great job on the cooking. I seriously loved it.
Indeed a splendid experience and an impeccable service provided by the crews. Will definitely be bringing the boys on Syrena Cruise again soon. Cheers 🍻!

The unreal scenery of halong bay, where the king Kong movie was shot. The weather can be a bit chilly during the winter months, so pack some warm clothes. And on the cruise make sure you have your own water as water is paid. Otherwise the experience was amazing, highly recommend it. SYRENA CRUISE is highly accommodating to everyones dietary needs keeping in mind its Vietnamese style cooking.i would highly recommend the cruise with MR TAM, he is absolutely wonderful, funny, full of energy and understanding

I was travelling with friends with them this month. We embarked on 14th September 2022 and disembarked on 15th morning. It’s one of the smallest and ill maintained cruise (you can call it a motor boat). The manager Mr. Tam and his team are rude and ill mannered people. Air-conditioners in room and dining area doesn’t work properly. On top of that they switch them off at times to save some cost and they don’t bother how uncomfortable are the guests are doing. Two hours before we disembark they switched off the aircon completely. Food quality is good but inadequate. When we asked to refill in buffet counter they simply denied it with rude body language.
However we enjoyed the beautiful nature of Halong Bay in spite of the uncomfortable stay.
I strongly advise all tourists to avoid Syrena Cruise and try better alternatives. Thanks for reading.

The service and experiences were wonderful! We were impressed with the room amenities. Thai is a great mixologist with his mojito being his specialty. Tam was a great cruise manager, very attentive to his guests and handles large groups well. We enjoyed our time getting to see the incredible scenery of Ha Long Bay. (Sung Sot cave, Titop Island beach, Luon tunnel cave kayaking)

F&B Thai and Tam - we have had a fabulous experience! The whole team is professional and attentive. We have had delicious food and enjoyable tours on the islands. The cabin is excellent quality - I am so happy with trip and readily recommend it to others. Please enjoy.

Syrena cruise was an excellent experience exceeding my expectations in every way. Tám, our host, along with the rest of the crew, were outstanding in service with every meal, activity, and were genuinely kind and welcoming.
The rooms were very accommodating and comfortable. The second floor has a balcony and the room is equipped with an air conditioner.
The activities were excellent - I did a cooking class, squid fishing, karaoke, and with a smaller boat I was able to visit the Surprising Caves and a beach + lookout. Amazing!
On a side note for the cruise, be prepared to pay cash only as the credit card machine is not so reliable, but they did take USD. The one thing I would have preferred was complimentary coffee and tea but otherwise, 10/10.
I would definitely come back to this cruise on my next visit to Ha Long bay!

Tam and the entire crew of Syrena cruises were amazing and looked after us so well. Highly recommend you do the two nights, 3 days cruise as you experience so much more of this absolutely beautiful place. Ha Long Bay is truly magnificent and Syrena Cruise is excellent value for money . Our cabin was beautiful and crew were fantastic. This was truly the highlight of our trip through Vietnam. Thank you

We loved the Surprised cave, Titov Island, cooking demo by Mr Tam, luon cave. The care taken by the cruise personnel to serve tasty vegan food especially for our family with fresh fruits and french fries was really appreciable. Loved their hospitality . We could make a lot of friends too on the cruise.

Hi - we will be coming on a 1 night 2 day cruise. Other than the 2 complimentary bottles in the room, do you provide any other water? For example, can we refill our bottles in the restaurant or is it all chargeable?

Just specific cabin upper deck have balcony and chair and you can see the deluxe cabin with balcony when doing reservation.
