The tour is the standard one so the value is given by the very kind staff and you touch the commitment. A staff guy enlivened the evening with some traditional singing music in the background very relaxing, too bad that one of the customers yelled at him telling him in a rather rude way to stop because he could not sleep (9.55 pm), ..... we liked to listen to him, we were content with music, shouts and applause from the boats next door...
Recommendation 1: If you just want to sleep in the evening you can do so from the hotel without having to pay for the night on the cruise or if you just want to relax from the deck you will enjoy an atmosphere of absolute relaxation.
Recommendation 2: do not be rude tourists in a country that welcomes you with a smile, there is no reason!!
Recommendation 3 (to the supplier): insert some music that spices up the evening most customers appreciate.

We took a tour of Halong Bay as part of a larger tour put together by Travel Talk. We were only on Halong Bay for a little more than 24 hrs, but we sure made the most of it! So many cool, fun activities on the bay made xtra special by the wonderful staff if the Oriental Sail! Room was large for a cruise, food delicious and plentiful, and staff super helpful. Highly recommend this cruise ship.

The food was outstanding and the crew were so friendly and helpful. Lots of activities arranged onboard. Very comfortable cabin, not luxurious, but very satisfactory.
I don't have anything negative to say about this part of our adventure as it was very enjoyable and we met some great fellow travelers onboard.

Given that we paid 500 euros for one night, which for Vietnam is an enormous amount, the service is much more than terrible. Apart from the rooms which I have nothing to say about, the food is poor and the service is so fast that you can't finish a dish that they take it away from you to move on to another. They don't change the dishes, they use tongs to remove the leftovers. Even the trips are full of racing. The minutes are numbered even the bath is not in crystal clear waters as they say but in water smelling of diesel. Terrible, at least avoid this company

This is a great option if you are short on time. We had to shorten our trip to do only 2 days due to our international fight being changed due to the corona virus. The group size was especially nice only 8 many of the other cruises were much larger. Dom was a very friendly and helpful guide. Thanks! Only con was drinks on board were a bit pricey 150,000-200,000 per drink.

The first time spending the night on Ha Long Bay was truly wonderful. The 2 days 1 night journey with many activities such as kayaking, swimming, squid fishing at night... brings an unforgettable experience. Because it was my first time going on an overnight train, the tour guide also provided a lot of support. Really satisfied with the company's service.

This was an excellent trip. Our guide Pinky was very helpful and fun. The service we received was beyond our expectation. Surprised birthday cake was served during our dinner in the boat, which was highly appreciated to Pinky and her team.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Food was superb and it kept coming .Even the light breakfast followed by a very generous brunch.
Cabin was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Trips were great fun well worth doing except visit to the Ti Tok Island .Over run with people and not pleasant.

We went on a 3 Day trip in the wonderful area of the Halong Bay. The boat was in good shape, the rooms were comfotable and clean, the food was plenty and delicious, the crew was friendly and helpful. Pinky, our guide on the ship and the habor area was lovely. We could easily commuicate in english with her and she gave us alot of tips for our upcoming trip thru vietnam. We would do this cruise again, it is a must do in vietnam.

Food was brillant, very various and rich, discovering fishing village was very interesting and wonderful bamboo boat trip. Cave was amazing and we shared good moments with the friendly staff.
