Our tour was 2 days and 1 night.
In the morning a minibus arrived to pick us up, we also picked up other cruise passengers, and headed to Halong. The trip was about 2 hours, with a break - we were taken to a place where we could have a snack and rest a little.
Upon arrival at the port, we were checked in and we made payment; there was also a place where we could have a snack or drink (pay separately).
We were taken to the liner itself on a well-equipped boat. On the ship we were met by very friendly staff, treated to a glass of green tea, and immediately escorted to the dining room.
The food was well organized, the lunchtime buffet (lunch/breakfast) was full of a variety of dishes including seafood, vegetables, chicken, desserts, fruits, etc. Drinks were ordered separately. Also on the first day we had a good dinner, including traditional Vietnamese dishes and seafood. The presentation of the food was superb. There was a birthday girl among the passengers and she was congratulated with a little performance from the crew and given a cake.
The ship has wonderful beautiful rooms, with a large bed, bath, shower and nice balconies where you can sit and enjoy the views.
Entertainment during the cruise was professionally organized. All equipment for kayaking was also provided.
In the evening you could enjoy a sunset party in the pool, work out in the gym or sing karaoke.
The next morning we were taken to the island, where we visited a cave and were left with vivid impressions.
Overall, I really enjoyed my trip to Halong Bay on this ship with the Aqua crew. The guys are professionals in their field. It was very impressive, fun and we had a wonderful time.

Our cruise with Aqua of the Seas in Ha Long Bay was truly spectacular! From the moment we boarded, we were immersed in luxury and breathtaking natural beauty. The ship itself is beautifully designed, offering all the modern amenities one could wish for while maintaining a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
The itinerary was perfectly planned, allowing us to explore the stunning limestone islands and emerald waters of Ha Long Bay.
A special highlight of our trip was Mr. Monkey, the crew person.d.
Overall, our experience with Aqua of the Seas was unforgettable, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. If you're looking for a luxurious and enriching way to explore Ha Long Bay, look no further.
A huge thanks to the Crew, including Mr Jackie Pham, who was our crew manager. He made special arrangements for us.

Aqua of the Seas. One excellent experience.
One beautiful and calming experience. Good boat (one huge boat in reality). Great food. Friendly crew. Overall, a lovely experience and would recommend this to all.
Book direct with owners and hopefully you can get an upgrade. We were upgraded and happy with it,. It was however, not the presidential suite as we had initially assumed.

I believe booking directly helped to ensure that we were aware of what to expect and we were given a small discount.

This cruise was amazing. The staff go above and beyond to welcome you and make your stay comfortable and remain enthusiastic and attentive from the crack of dawn until you go to bed. I would highly recommend the 3day 2night option as the main bulk of enjoying the bay and information about the surrounding area was in our 2nd day which was brilliant. Special mention to Jackie (cruise manager) and Jenny who were so lovely the whole time

This has to be the best cruise on Ha Long Bay. We stayed for 2 night, 3 days and saw so much. The staff of Aqua of The Seas were so fantastic and attentive, and Jackie Pham, the brilliant host, made us feel so special and important. I’d highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Vietnam.

Excellent experience! This was my 2nd trip to Ha Long Bay.'was equally enjoyable as my first! We booked the 2 night/ 3 day option.
Do not expect a Norwegian,
Royal Caribbean, or Princess type 5 star cruise. This is an entirely different experience. Nice and quaint with a local flavor.
The staff were amazing! Jackie, the cruise manager, along with Jenny and Jasmine were exceptionally accommodating. But, the entire crew are so nice.
The excursions are always less exciting than the simple beauty and view of the bay and the time relaxing on the boat. But, we also loved the excursions.
Our room was super nice and comfortable. We splurged on the President's Suite and had a huge private balcony with our own jacuzzi. This happened to be the only room available. But, was well worth the increased cost.
Food was great. Throughout the trip. You pay for drinks and although they were higher priced than normal for Vietnam, still very reasonable when compared to home...
And, we utilized the spa on our first night and both received great massages.
Overall, this was an amazing cruise for us. Will be coming back to the Aqua of the Seas!

I recently enjoyed a cruise with Aqua of the Sea in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam. The ship was elegant, featuring spacious cabins with stunning ocean views and private balconies. Amazing cruise, we were shocked when we saw the room! Finally a bed that its not a stone on your back! Just perfect.
Leen was very kind all the time with us, thank you! Same Daniel, suuuper nice and very attend to everybody.
The only thing I didnt like is the speaker at 7am, some people dont wanna join the first activity because they need to rest after a week in the crazy city, thats the propouse of going to this cruise!

We had an amazing cruise with Aqua By The Seas. The cruise ship is beautiful. The staff amazing!! Especially Jasmine, Antony, Jackie and Jerry. We enjoyed cooking classes, kayaking, swimming and sunset parties on the sunset desk. Karaoke and staff dancing fun too. The meals were delicious and the views from every window were breathtaking!
