Did the two day/one night cruise and had a blast. Staff were wonderful, the food on board was excellent and a relaxing time was had by all. There were a lot of activities included with the trip, with stops at Sung Sot Cave and Ti Top Island, and another opportunity to stop for kayaking. There were also activities on board such as squid fishing. My room was small but lovely and had everything needed for a short stay. The boat itself is beautiful and you really feel like you are stepping into the past when boarding. This is definitely the best way to see Halong bay and the only downside was that I would have liked to have stayed on board for longer.

Dazzling experience

We spent 1 night 2 days on the boat whilst on a group tour of vietnam. Wish our stay could have been longer but we saw so much and had a lot of fun (cave / canoeing / trek / swimming) cabins are compact but fully functioning large wet room/ shower. Comfortable bed. Staff are attentive the food was excellent drinks weren't too expensive (there was a happy hour) would definately recommend without any doubt.

Nice room, delicious lunch and excellent staffs

We got 2D1N trip last December to celebrate Christmas. The room was so nice for me. lunch and dinner was good. Their staffs was extremely nice and helpful, I will give them 10/10 for this.

However, my room is a little bit cold cause the northeast monsoon became stronger at that time.

Absolutely first class. Good sized and very comfortable room with ensuite. Food was great and plentiful. Sitting on the deck in the evening having a few quiet drinks was a highlight. We were the first group to the cave in the morning, which meant it was far less crowded. Also visited a pearl farm where we had a paddle on canoes for an hour, which few other boats seemed to do.

Excellent trip, great customer service, love the classic decorations

Spent 2D1N with the family on Emeraude Cruise. Really impressed with the customer service of the team here. Food were amazing and the fresh juices were delicious. We really like that the cruise has the big lounge for the kids o play. The classic decorations of the cruise makes it very special. Thanks so much for the experience and we will be back!

Delicious food and the kindest staff

The kind staff at Emeraude Classic Cruises really made our time in Halong Bay unforgettable. The weather was not so good, but the staff members made sure we had a great time. They were incredibly kind.
We are vegetarians, and called ahead to inform the staff of our food wishes. Minh and the catering staff always made sure we had a separate plate with vegetarian food. We were able to taste lots of different dishes, both Vietnamese and Western.
The excursions were well organised. I enjoyed the spring roll cooking class.
The cabin was small, but very clean and quiet.

A must do for the views of Ha Long Bay

An excellent trip around Ha Long Bay. The ship is quaint but the staff and food are excellent.
The views are stunning but some of the stops are very touristy and overcrowded due to all the tour companies operating in the bay and the limited places they can stop at.
We did a one night cruise but on reflection would now have chosen to do another night as you don't really get much time to sit and relax taking in the wonderful view of Ha Long Bay.

A tropical titanic

The Kayaking experience is now one of my core memories. It was so freeing and majestic. You feel connected to nature and you can go so far, to any surrounding island you desired. The cruise itself has such a great interior that sends you back to the Titanic, and the food was fantastic. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you to Ms. Giang for being such a great guide, Mr. Hai for helping with the luggage, the captain to ensure us safety throughout the trip, and the rest of the crew for accomodating our family. This is probably the best cruise in Ha Long bay all around.

I never went on a cruise before so this was a very good try out! The staff was immediately very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were a bit small but that's what you get on a smaller cruise. I do have to say that i never missed anything then in another hotelroom. The cocktails we're delicious and so where the pancakes. The Springroll class was very Fun too!

Stayed on here for one night/two days as part of my Wendy Wu tour. It really was fantastic. The boat had so much character. The rooms are quite compact but you won't spend long in the room. The food on board was first class. There are lots of activities to do and all of them were interesting and enjoyable. All of the staff on board were really friendly and helpful. I also had a massage which was excellent.
And not to forget the views from the boat, wow just wow!
