Jasmine is the second of Heritage Line’s gracious boutique ships in Halong Bay. Visitors looking for both comfort and adventure in Halong Bay will appreciate the Jasmine’s friendly crew and understated elegance. With 23 cabins, Jasmine is built in the style of a traditional Vietnamese junk, with three tawny sails and dark wood-cladding. Jasmine’s interiors, just like the exteriors, are covered in polished wood, lending Jasmine the stately air of an Indochina-era cruising boat.

After the long but private transfer from Hanoi (there is a dedicated tourist emporium stop - thankfully not too pushy and a pearl farm stop) we eventually arrived at the air conditioned Heritage Lounge to await our departure. We were so glad we'd stayed with...More

I found this cruise just delightful. The services, food and facilities were all very good. I loved the decor and felt completely spoiled. The area is very special.

Next time I'll do a two night stay instead of one it was so good. Staff and guests were great, food was amazing and the kayaking in the Bay was the highlight. Along with many other guests, thoroughly enjoyed the Tai Chi lesson in the...More

The boat is lovely, atmospheric and with lots of space (indoors and out) to appreciate the stunning scenery. The cabins are to a hotel standard and the night mooring is so smooth you wouldn’t know you were at see. The food is truly great and...More
