No heating although it was so cold - 4 star ship wasnt correct

The trip was all right and the food on board was good. The cabins sindows and the restaurants windows however were in a very bad condition, so you could put a hand through - the wind blowed in cooling the rooms. Is was so Cold that we had to wear 2 set og truosers and sweaters and jacket when we were inside. However they turned on heating in the evening and night.
