A bit challenging and spectacular.

I went to see the falls with an Easy Rider. The place is spectacular. To get the best view one must climb some uneven steps, many of them. The steps could be slippery and there were some scary gaps. I have to say, that at 72, I could not have done it by myself. Several times I needed the helping hand of my guide for security. Young people.have no issues. Children need to be supervised. The reward of seeing this massive cascade and the smaller ones near it is worth all efforts. I am so glad I did it!

You must track down the narrow path, some stairs and climb of some rock path to get to see the good view of the waterfall.

Worth a Visit

Beautiful little place, well worth a visit. Quite a challenge getting up and down to it so might not be accessible to everyone.

A day in nature
Mar 2020 • Couples
Of course, lots of people visit Elephant Falls daily, but it’s a nice little hike down the trail (with handrails most of the way) for the chance to get close to the thundering water. It’s also worth stopping at the nearby Buddhist Goddess and temple, where you can have beautiful views of the landscape, including seeing Elephant Falls from a distance.

Litter everywhere
Mar 2020 • Couples
A place that should be a beautiful calm and cleaned spot of nature, became a place full of litter! The water is smell from polute and green coloured. Shame that the local authorities maintenance is so low quality. Not recommend at all to those who look for a clean spot.

Might be hit or miss

We were lucky as there had been rain recently but if dry then not much to see. The path down and back requires good footing and some agility. There is a railing to help though. Wear sneakers. Not the greatest falls ever but ok. Only go if you have the time and there has been recent rain.

Elephant Falls
Mar 2020 • Friends
We rented motorbikes to get to Elephant Falls and I think that was more than half of the fun! You can also take a bus here if you’re not comfortable on a scooter. You have to walk down some steep steps and around the waterfalls - there are a few different paths so make sure to take them all. You can get some neat photos here. I would say to visit if you have time and like riding motorbikes, but it wouldn’t be the end of the world if you missed it.
