Had an amazing day visiting the Dalat countryside. Had a personal driver on a motorbike who spoke excellent English and explained everywhere and everything we went to. Had as much time as I wanted to explore each site. Visited a cricket farm, coffee plantation, rice wine distillery, Elephant Falls, a pagoda, and a village. Also stopped for lunch along the way. Overall I highly recommend. Booked the morning of.

I am currently travelling Vietnam with three friends. We are heading from South to North and have spent the past two days in Dalat. We spent our second day on tour 3 through Latour where we visited three waterfalls, a mushroom farm, chicken farm and the crazy house! The waterfalls were incredible and not crowed with tourists like many others in Asia. The tour does cost around 35 USD give or take but it is well worth every penny! You have your own personal car so can manage your own time and all entry fees are included. We had a lovely driver and our tour guide was called Mr Cong who spoke excellent English and brought a lot of personality to the trip! We would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Let me start by saying that I did not get to experience this tour as the company did not even bother to pick me up.

Three days prior to the tour I spoke with the tour operator personally on the telephone (as well as further correspondence by text). The gentleman confirmed I was booked for the Dalat City Tour. Although the tour states pick-up/drop-off at your hotel, the man said my hotel was too far away and he asked if I could meet at a the Dalat Market instead at 8:00am where a tour guide would contact me and pick me up for the tour. Although this was not what the tour promised, I agreed. It was VERY inconvenient, and a bit costly, for me to travel from my hotel in Dalat to the Market where I was supposed to meet but, nevertheless, I did and I arrived there shortly before 8am, as requested.

8:30a.m. came and I still did not hear from the Tour Guide. I double checked my text message history to be sure I did not book for the wrong date or got the times mixed up, but everything was correct. Still, I know how things can get in Vietnam, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, by the time 9 a.m. came and I never heard from the Tour Operator nor a Tour Guide so I contacted the Tour Operator I had spoken to prior to let him know. He never responded.

I wasted the little time I had in Dalat (and money for the taxi to and from the prearranged "pick-up" location) trying to take this tour but no one even arrived!!! I am INCREDIBLY unhappy and find this absolutely unacceptable. This terrible service will not go unnoticed. Unfortunately, it has caused an overall poor impression of Dalat for me. I hope this does not happen again to any other visitors looking to book with this tour operator.

I am currently backpacking through Vietnam with my girlfriend and during our trip we went to Dalat and stayed in the Dalat Rock Hostel. In this hostel we've had the possibility to book several activities, it wasn't even a problem to book big activities for the day after. We've booked a 2-day motortour trip on the back of an easy rider and we can fully recommend this. The traffic in Vietnam is a mess compared with the traffic in Europe, but we felt safe the whole journey thanks to the experienced drivers. During the trip, the two English speaking guides, gave us a better understanding of the Vietnamese nature and culture and we've slept in a homestay in minority village, which was a great experience. This is a must do for every backpacker who is traveling through Vietnam. Afterwards we wanted to go to Hoi An and the owner of Dalat Latour arranged our train tickets and even the transport from Danang to a hostel in Hoi An, great service!
