We had a wonderful time and actually saw villages without being hounded by small sales persons wanting us to buy postcards..of course at time this was unavoidable. The cabins were very comfortable, and i think everyone had a balcony with chairs and a table. Needless to say the bathroom was well appointed. There were excellent after dinner movies and speakers... Cruise from Ho Chi Minh City to Siem Reap. Excellent service from beginning to end, including a 3 day add on in Siem Reap. The good was bountiful and very tasty. Very nice to have wine, as it is very expensive in SEAsia. The guides were all local and very knowledgeable. We met lots of interesting people on board and... More

This is a must do activity when you come to south Vietnam. Nevetheless it has becomed a tourist place, you not more enjoy of the real taste of local culture, but a fake one expecting to get some extra money from tourists in every ocasion. Must do, nevertheless, great pic for instagram!

Jasmin Travel arranged our trip to Vietnam to Cambodia with Pandaw Cruises. Wow Wow Wow this was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The Pandaw ship was outstanding as were the shore excursions with nothing too much trouble. This was an amazing 8 day tour and would recommend if you want to see the real country and not be... More

My wife and I recently took the above cruise and spent an amazing 8 days discovering life along the Mekong. We participated in all the morning and afternoon tours that were arranged to visit the small villages. Local guides took us into the homes of the local people where we saw their life first hand. We also visited a village... More

We travelled upstream on the Mekong River onboard the RV Jayavarman from My Tho in Vietnam across the Vietnam border into Cambodia. A well appointed luxury cruise taken at a leisurely pace. Being August it was still off peak season and only 25% full. Some 15 guests looked after by 37 staff. Food was excellent, itinerary interesting and varied. The... More

Some interesting small islands to visit in the delta. You moved from an island to the other by boat. We discovered some local specialities; -Tasted honey directly from the hive -Tasted coconut candy and saw all the process the coconuts go through -Tasted local fruits -Had the chance to have an excellent guide who explained how this related to vietnam... This was easily my favourite part of my trip to Vietnam. We visited Ben Tre Town & went to some local workshops to see how bricks and sleeping mats are made. We went to a coconut candy workshop & helped the ladies make some candy. Then we had lunch & it was just my sister & I, with no one... More
