Booked an ATV and Boat trip through this agency that was at our hotel. My husband and I had such a wonderful time on both adventures! Everything was very well organized and on time according to plan. Love that pick up and drop offs are included. Just be sure to keep the vouchers and bring them with you the day of your trip!

Everyday of my life I rate the way people take care of customers, thus my standards are very high when it comes to this.
Laguna tours is the best company you can choose for any kind of tour in Phuket!
Alex is the coolest, most caring and funny tour guide I have ever met. Insist on him if you want to really enjoy! Am sure the others are also good but , this guy is just hilarious and his attention to detail and safety extremely admirable. He has been a guide for about 20 years and knows his craft very well.
We took the speed boat tour to Phi Phi islands. We were picked up promptly at 8:20 from our hotel and brought to a nice Marina. They are very conscious of one s needs and will always think about bathroom breaks. The boats are really nice and clean. It also has a cool toilet on board. They are also well stocked with drinks which you can have as often as you wish.
It took us an hour to reach Phi Phi and we started of with snorkling which was really cool. Then we went to this great lagoon with an amazing view and to two beaches where we could swim and just chill.
Lunch was prepared for us in these insulated boxes that were water proof. Beach mats were also provided. We saw others who did not have the same amenities that we had.
Every time we got back on board they had a shower ready and would spray is with clean water. Very nice!
They served us a very nice tray of fruit as well on the way back and ended the trip with a really cold towel.
Even if they are a bit more, go ahead and choose them. Their max is 18 on a boat unlike the others that are more than 30! They are all very nice people and will think of everything to make your experience with them very memorable! They handle the logistics , all you think about is having fun!
Thank you Laguna Tours and of course Alex - am glad I insisted on you!

We used Laguna Tours to visit Phi Phi islands and had a fantastic day out, it was one of the highlights of our trip. I would highly recommend this tour and I would pay the extra to do it with the hotel. Staff were excellent. I initially thought that we would be going onto Phi Phi islands but we didn't, we stopped and swam, another stop for snorkeling, went onto Bamboo Island for lunch on the beach, onto Monkey Island to see the monkey's that you can't touch but they weren't there, snorkeling again after lunch. The colour of the water was amazing. Bring your camera and enjoy the day.

picked up from hotel, taken to Phuket marina and onboard a very nice speed boat, group of 14, amazing scenery, free drinks on the boat, felt safe and with excellent crew of 3. Some of the boats in Thailand did not look safe we saw!! Then some cave walking, canoeing in the mangroves, James Bond island ( looks just like the film!!!) lunch at a lovely floating village, off to a beautiful beach and back to the hotel Dusit Thani by 5 - a full day but one of the best tours I have done anywhere in the world on holiday - highly recommend it !!!!

We did two tours with Laguna Tours in two days
Days one was a 4 hours land tour around the sites of Phuket our guide Mae was great and showed us all that Phuket had to offer
Day two was an all day boat trip to 4 different locations - the tour was very professional and Pom our tour guide made the day memorable and made sure that everything was first class
You can read a lot of things about many different tours but this is a company that is well worth the money. It is a professional, small and more personal tour group. Don't waste you time with anyone else.

It may be a few dollars more but hands down this tour group is worth it. The boats are new, staff are professional, first class tour especially compared to the other tour operators with sketchy boats. The lunch is nicely boxed and lots of cold drinks. They even bring out hand towels and a fruit tray for the ride home. We watch them wash down all the snorkel with disinfectant between use and had a very good itinerary.

I had a wonderful time with Laguna Tours, I did two of their trips, James Bond Island and the Phi Phi Island tours. You are picked up from your hotel and taken around in a luxury speedboat with very experienced and friendly guides and crew. I am anxious of boats but the guide, Pom, was very helpful and told me the best place to sit on the boat where it would be the calmest and he looked after me throughout the day.
We left from Phuket marina to James Bond Island and our first stop on the tour was only 20 mins away. The Island itself is very touristy but the view of James Bond Island is incredible and we got some fantastic photos. I have worked on a James Bond film, so this was even more special for me! You can buy craft items from the local stall holders on the island as well. Then you are taken to Talu Island where a guide will lead you in a canoe around the mangroves and caves. This is such a beautiful way to explore this area and our guide made us little trinkets out of leaves for us. After the canoeing we had lunch at Panyee village which is on an island that is built on stilts on the sea, we were able to explore the island after lunch and see the local school and market, which was very interesting.
The next day we headed to Phi Phi Island, this is a full hour's speedboat ride from Phuket Marina, I was really glad I'd done the tour the day before to get used to the boat. We picked a very calm day to go so there was hardly any movement on the boat. Phi Phi Island is absolutely beautiful and the boat stops at a great vantage point for you to take photos and then you can swim in that area. Unfortunately the boat doesn't actually go onto the island as it's so busy and that's the case with most tour operators, which I was disappointed with, so when I go back to Thailand I will stay on the island to experience it. We were taken to Monkey Island afterwards where we got to snorkel, my first time which was exciting and we got to relax on the beach and I saw some monkeys, which I was very excited about! Then we visited the Viking Cave which was stunning and there were no other groups there, which felt very intimate. One of my favourite parts of the day was visiting Bamboo Island which was a gorgeous white sandy beach where we had our packed lunch and could sunbathe and go for a walk in the National Park. A perfect end to the day.

we did the james bond island tour, with the sea cave, canoeing and sea gypsy village for lunch and it was one of the best tours I have ever been on. The boat was luxurious and clean, they provided drinks and fruit throughout the day. Lunch at the Andaman seafood restaurant was included and was plentiful and yummy. Alex was our tour guide and he was fantastic!! brilliant with the kids too. Highly recommend Laguna tours, especially if you have Alex for a tour guide!

Excellent service and catered the tour to our needs - enjoyed kayaking around karsts, snorkeling, and lunch at sea gypsy village.

We stayed at the Banyan Tree and used Laguna Tours to book a couple of tours. The woman at the desk did not welcome us or explain any of the options available. When we sat down she just stared at us and then finally just asked what tour we wanted to book. We had to pull information out of her - Can you tell us about this tour? What are the prices? Where does it go? What makes it different from this other tour? We booked a cultural tour to a couple of temples and Phuket Town which was the biggest ripoff ever. The tour guide took us to one nice Thai buddhist temple, but then took us to a very strange, small Chinese temple that was in a remote area. The temple was only built a year ago - we got the feeling that the tour operator took us there because it was his temple, not because of any real cultural significance. He encouraged us to make a donation at this temple, but not the first one. Then we went to Phuket Town, where the "walking tour" involved about a two-block walk. On the way up Rang Hill to lunch, we passed a beautiful large temple which we later learned was called Wat Khao Rang - it is apparently very popular with tour trips - why on earth did our tour guide not take us here, when it was ON THE WAY to lunch? Very disappointing. Lunch atop Rang Hill was nice and had a great view. Then for "shopping" he took us to what was basically a glorified grocery store.
We paid the same for this trip - about 2500 baht - as we did for a great snorkeling trip from another tour company. For the price, this was atrocious. Why take us to a glorified grocery store instead of spending more time walking around Phuket Town and popping into shops there? Why take us to a strange, small remote temple instead of a beautiful one that we were driving past anyway? Very disappointing.

When it says that kayaking is "optional" is there extra fee? How much time can we kayak? Is it suitable for kids?
