I have booked with this company over 2 thailand holidays. The service is friendly and the staff go above and beyond to assist you, even working well into the night to make sure you have a great experiance. We were well guided. Fun experience! Everything went smoothly despite the rain. Everyone was very friendly. The staff was very helpful and energetic.

My husband and I had booked and paid for the Koh Samui Ang Thong marine park day tour by Naga boutique yachting on Tuesday 21/3 which was a birthday surprise and one of our holiday highlights. The day before my husband received an email cancelling the trip no explanation just cancelling. We tried calling and emailing and they didn’t respond. We managed to contact Naga boat company direct who said they had no record of our booking! We did manage to obtain a refund however rubbish customer services and disappointing as was really looking forward to this trip.

Without much notice Oh-Hoo cancels tours. Why? A group is willing to pay for the whole boat.. It is a better deal for them. A shaft for those who already paid for a tour, Luckily, Expedia was good enough to refund the cost. Book with a company that cares about being loyal to paying customers.

OH-HOO Travel is a travel agent in Thailand. We try to select popular tourist activities, choose quality tour operators and hight responsible.
In your case, the tour operator notified that reservations are not accepted. Since the ship has been chartered services to other groups of customers already.
We try to offer other tour programs for you to choose. If you do not want to do other activities and need a refund. It is our duty to refund you. If the tour you change is cheaper. We will refund that difference.
We are honored travel agents and we value every customer. But some factors don't depend on us. Depends on the tour operator.
In relation to us. We try our best to do everything possible. To make the customers satisfied the most. We do not take advantage of customers.

I'm upset that we chose this company to book our excursion. We paid more than the rest of the people in the group, and at the same time received the worst service 😒 no one speaks English, they did not contact us to tell us the date when they would pick us up. Some kind of nonsense. Well, and most importantly, it’s annoying that everyone paid 1000 baht less))

Terrible! I have never met a worse relationship!!!
1) we were picked up 2 hours later than promised. They said they would pick me up at 6:00 am, but they arrived at 8:00 am.
2) the phone operator doesn’t know anything, she constantly talked about traffic jams. What are the traffic jams like at 7am???
After several calls she started to be rude, I have never seen a worse attitude anywhere
3) they forced us to pay an additional 500 baht for the journey on the spot. It was not written about this anywhere

This was the worst tour arrangement ever!
The driver was one hour late; no one even informed us about such a delay; the agent didn’t answer the phone (hotel’s reception called about 5 times!)
Total tour length is 1,5 hours: 30 minutes kayaking (1 cave only); 30 minutes waiting time; 30 minutes - walking in another cave. It’s obviously not half a day tour.
If you don’t want to get cheated, disappointed and lose time, stay away from this agency/tour! They do not respect customers.

It's unfair on you to put all the blame on me.You made a very late booking when every one was closed, you made every one late and now you ring me and abuse me and complain to me all day for two days as if i was the one late to pick you up, as if i was the one to do your meals as, if i was the one who put your water in a glass. I have many great reviews for this exact trip, you made this trip late for your self and your whole group and put all the blame in my name. I advise that you book more in advance next time because this is what happens to crazy tourists.

Pick up was a bit late, as we were the last one to be pick up which didn't bother us much. We did the big boat, which offers lots canoing, swimming and it was very fun. The crew worked very hard to keep everyone entertained and safe. The boat itself was a bit outdated, the lunch was ok, but considering the price we paid, the awesome experience and the beautiful view it offered, we actually enjoyed the day tour very much. If you are not expecting a luxury tour, then do this one.
