Me and my family were on Phuket sightseeing tour Programme C1, James Bond and canoeing by speedboat and Phi Phi Bamboo by speedboat in the beginning of April 2019. The organisation was perfect. Our guides were great. It was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Phuket Cheap Tour.

I've got few "tours" from cheap-tour and everything was good. Even prices are much cheaper then on a point. I would recommend X-show and bungy-jump. I did it and I had unforgettable experience. My sincere thanks for manager Vasily, good job, keep it up

We took the tour to khao suk with cheng lang lake and it was great! The guide told us everything about this place and gladly answered all our questions, all was in time with no delays and the view was just amazing.

Just wanted to say this isn't a very profession service. I and a Spa booked out for today at 5pm its now 5:30pm and still no one has come. I have tried to call and message them but there has been no reply (you can see on the pictures below) even though the messages has been read. Very disappointed with the service provided and I just hope my tour tomorrow actually comes and picks me up. I have also called the main office, I have asked them to let me know what is happening but they don't have an answer, just kept saying the manager will call, to which I asked them when? They then claim that they don't understand me and asked me where I am from, so I told them London. Then all of a sudden they are able to understand me again, end result no Spa and time wasted.

Actually I`m very disappointed with this service provider! I`ve paid for 2 days tour more than 150 USD and I was even not picked up for the tour. I was standing on the check point about 2 hours and didn`t receive any feedback for my calls as our "personal manager" was sleeping. Sure, nobody was going to return money and as an alternative we were offered 50% cheaper tour. And what an amazing time, next morning to get up at 4 am, to be picked up at 4:40, be at the next point at 5 am and 1,5 hours to sleep in the car, as next people should be picked up at 6:30! All tour was not good at all, only nature beauty compensate all this! This excursion just killed mood for the whole trip.

I am very disappointed with the services of Phuket cheap tour company. It is indeed of cheap service and quality. Voucher number: 14/87814 I was waiting at my hotel Woraburi resort since 6.40 am, and no one turned up. Now they say they cannot take us to the tour because they took our money but forgot to include the name in the list of tourist, how unprofessional!!! WARNING! They can easily ruin your few days of trip by taking money and casually saying “we forgot to include your name”. Just avoid this tour agency even if they offer their services for free!!!

Great site. A lot of detailed information about the island and a detailed description of excursions. We ordered an individual city-tour. Company managers responded very quickly. All done on time. Loved the tour. Thanks guys. Good luck to you.

Did find this company in web searcher after know of high cost excursions of coral travel. In their site describe main info of existing excursions which led by another companies (time travel,... ). We chose 3 excursions. To isles (phi phi, racha) and artificial lake Chao lang. All of them were deep filled with fantastic nature views and good emotions thanks to guides (speaks russian, english, thai). We was lucky to good weather. If you need to visit tourist places in Thailand recommend this company, at least the main reason it is a good price.

Почему у Чип тура такая дикая наценка (минимум 50%)?
Какие доп.расходы оплачиваются, если нет офиса?
Почему у тайцев на улице в офисе эти же туры дешевле намного?
Почему обранываете с предварительной информацией - показываете одни фото по размещению, а на месте все намного печальнее?

Добрый день отдыхал на Пхукете и ездил на экскурсию 12 островов с агенством Чип тур пожалуй они одни из многих организуют именно эту экскурсию 12 островов 4 в 1 ребята это было супер мы за 2 дня побывали везде экскурсия не простая но люди ехали даже с детьми и эта компания Чип тур организовало всё так что всё было супер .

Добрый день, отдыхала на Пхукете с подругой в середине декабря! Подруга покупала туры у туроператора, который привез, а так как я очень люблю отдых на островах, покупала у ЧипТура. Мне очень всё понравилось! Замечательно, доступно по цене и к качеству нет претензий! Скоро будет обзор на моем канале "Екатерина Катеева" подписывайтесь , будет детальный обоз поездки!

Отдыхаем на Пхукете с друзьями большой компанией. Ребята организовали нам туры, с разницей в цене с Туроператором минимум на 30%. Все интересно, разнообразно и совпадает с описанием. Стараются не пересекаться с толпами китайцев - что здесь имеет большое значение. Гиды везде русскоговорящие, всегда на связи и ответят на все 100500 вопросов! И транспорт нормальный, чистый. В общем впечатление только положительное!
